BAES is not working properly.

One of the customers has faced an issue in BAES. The BAES is hanged due to an error in excel. Background jobs are in Externally executing state since the reports are not getting processed by BAES. There is a huge queue of ordered reports and BAES now can not handle that much of a load even the excel issue is sorted. This is in Apps8 Environment.

This needs a data repair. We need stop the BAES first. Then we have to change the status of the jobs with the status ‘RR’ (Ready to Render) in the table xlr_report_rendering_info_tab to 'ER'(error) state. This would stop rendering reports by BAES. Restart the BAES and order the reports again.
