Does anyone know if the Labels dropdown in assystWeb are defaulted to multiple translations or is this shipped with 11.5?

Self-Service Portal for Partners - IFS Assyst is used - there is no way of getting help with the application itself if you are logged in or not yet logged in at  assystNET - Partner News (ifs-assyst.com. Are there any available guidelines for IFS Assyst Partner Self Service here at the Community?

On the IFS assyst Mobile app, once logged in to our site, the Home page shows the IFS assyst logo. Is there a way of changing that logo to be something different?  

Within the Knowledge Procedures, we have noticed that the font size is variable in 11.5, whereas now, it’s all uniform in other previous versions. Is there a way to format the font size and style to be consistent within a knowledge procedure in 11.5?  See attachment for example.  

Hi,We are trying to convert an older assystEJB call that we have embedded in a LUA script. Here is the call to the getAttachments function: local attachments, err = ASSYSTEJB:getAttachments(parmTicketOrAction, parmNumber) We are trying to convert this to assystREST but it’s not working. Would someone have the correct function syntax for getAttachments in assystREST?Thank you!Martin Provost

Hello! Currently we handle requests to change our service catalog via a standardized form which is attached to service requests we use to proceed with changes on the service designer, event builder and configuration items.We’d like to know if it’s possible to automate this process. We’d like to create a form in assyst that would gather the followin information:Business Owner Business Unit Business Manager IT leader Responsible service departmentWe also ask both parties (on the IT and business side), which will be the service offerings and their agreed SLA resolution times.From that form, we’d like to automatically update the service offerings and update (create or deactivate event builder entries).  Anyone achieved this ? Mostly, I’m unsure on how to create a form suited for this kind of task, given the unlimited number of possibilites for creating service offerings and indicating

Hi,I’m struggling to find how to get a custom field value with our LUA scripts. Normally - to get a value we do something like this:ASSYSTREST:get("Event",EVENT_ID, "richRemarks.content" ) However, how do a specify the shortcode of a custom field value I want to pull?I tried something like this, but it didn’t work: ASSYSTREST:get("Event", EVENT_ID,{customFields={customFieldShortCode="NEW AUTO PAGE OUT"}}) Thank you. Martin

Even with the use of SLA Expressions, Assyst currently does not correctly measure SLA’s in some situations. For example, if an Incident’s Priority is changed but the assigned Service Department (SVD) stays the same it does not trigger. In our company we have different SLA’s for Priority 1 vs 2 vs 3. It’s very common for an Incident to get assigned to the correct SVD but after initial triage the incident priority is changed.  

Hi all,We have a support ticket outstanding for something however, in the meantime - we would like to see if the community has experienced similar issues or have any workarounds.When we update organisational information on our contact user records (Section, Department, etc) we would expect that our item records also update to reflect the change. Unfortunately, this does not happen and reflects poorly in our reports.For example Screenshot #1 was correct at the time of asset allocation however, Rob has now had an org structure change as per Screenshot #2 which we would like to see on the item record.Screenshot #1:Screenshot #2:

We have a requirement to limit the selected users on system lookup field (contact user) to get users that their aliases are members of specific secondary service departments.If it was primary service department it would be more straight forward, but for secondary service departments I tried many expressions but all failed. Any ideas?

We are currently going through the installation of the assyst chatbot in our test system, and are starting to think about how we can report on user interactions with the chatbot.Would any existing customers of the chatbot be able to suggest the best way on how the report on the efficiency of chatbot interactions? So interactions that result in events being logged but more so the interactions that do not result in events being logged. The desire being to identify gaps in Chatbot responses or to highlight the most common types of questions/language used by users looking for services.We are an on premise assyst customer 11.5.Thank you

assyst v11.4Currently, when a Decision Task is received by an end user (via assystNet) they can go into the system and approve/decline the task.  For managerial authorizations (e.g. equipment or access requests) this is fine.  But when it comes to change requests that have a workflow the approver can’t see the attachments unless they are on the parent (“R”) ticket.  This is problematic because files such as test results can be buried in a UAT decision task.  So we are asking the approver to review a change request but they can’t see important documents such as test results or impact assessments.  We have trained our IT (assystWeb) users to attach documents to the parent ticket but often the UAT tasks are actually decision tasks completed by end users via assystNet.Can the assystNet portal be modified to expose all attachments in the workflow regardless of where they are?  Otherwise, I believe we are nullifying the credibility of the approval.If someone has a sol

Would any IFS assyst customers be willing to share information or examples of their Category for Cause and Event and Generic/Product Class/Product/Item structures with us?We are in a period post SaaS migration of re-evaluating our structures and uses of the tool to better align with best practices with increasing efficiency in mind. Our reporting and SLAs are lacking as a result of how we initially structured many of the system fields in our instance and would like a reference point for how others are utilzing this currently.  After pouring over the wiki i have a good idea of what we should be moving towards but always helps to share with our staff and leadership other real world examples where possible. Anyone interested please let me know and I’d love to work with our CSM to get in touch and set up the call or working session! 

We just upgraded from 11.3 to 11.6, and our mailbox reader services that use the logging_form parameter will not start up. We currently have a situation where our test service catalog is missing on our test end user/self-service portal, while in production it is fine. When we log into the test self-service portal, the entire “Services” Menu option is missing/hidden, while in Production it’s shown.I even tried with my Assyst Admin account and still don’t see services in test.However, if I use my ZZGLOBAL account I see services and the catalog.The service catalog is available fine in Assyst.Web test and production.We're not aware of any changes we made that would cause this. Also, can’t explain why ZZGLOBAL can see Services but no other user, even an administrator can. We only use ZZGLOBAL occasionally and then only for setting up event monitors or query profiles we want to share globally.Has anyone encountered something like this before?Does anyone have an idea what about ZZGLOBAL would be different?  

Afternoon all. It is early doors on this functionality, but does anyone now if there is a permission relating to the administration of keywords on Offerings in the Service Designer in v11.6? I am interested in whether we can enable our business users to manage their own search terms.Thanks
