Hi @EDRMIHAYLOVA

could you check if you have the following screen?

No, I don’t have it. This is what I see under Solution Manager→ Monitoring

Do you use IFS Cloud or App10 (Aurena)?

We are using IFS Cloud.

There is a screen called Client Sessions that shows this information. But reports would be needed to see how long someone has been in and it’s more about seeing who is in currently

Hi leva,

Thank you for your answer!

I am new to the system, can you give me some more informations.

1_How can I access Client Sessions?

2_What means “reposts would be needed”…?

You can access it using the following path:

This screen will show the total logged-in users and each user with the date and time when they logged in. It doesn’t show all previous logins, so I suspect we would need a report from the data source of this page to capture the previous logins of the users

Hi Leva,

I tried everything but no success what so ever.

I can see the Client Sessions but this information is not useful at all- I just see the active sessions at the moment. And the numbers are not even accurate.

I tried to see the Login Events and I have no data even with highest permissions. Any idea what the problem could be. Do I need to enable this functionality from somewhere?

I also enabled the FndClientLogon in History Log Configuration and still nothing - the History log does not show any data.
