As everyone has to deal with employees which are leaving the company, I was wondering how other IFS users are updating the other data fields e.g. “Validity” of the Purchase Authorization Basic Data and “the valid to date”  in the Invoice Posting Authorizers. At this moment we don’t update these fields.
