Hi, we have a customer that has First Card as their vendor for credit card transactions to IFS/Travel Expense. Do you (here in this community) have experience to set up this integration? Thanks in advance for all your input 

How do you change the options in a radio group control in Aurena? For example, when adding an expense to an expense sheet, there is a radiogroup control where the user picks between mileage, entertainment, and other. For my company entertainment is not a valid option.  We only want either mileage or other. How do I hide the entertainment option from the radiogroup control?

Hi All,A user is experiencing the error ‘Voucher Type is missing.’ when he tries to Authorize the expense sheet.Voucher Type drop down doesn’t contain data to select and as I know this should be fetched automatically.Kindly advise me to where to check, in order to fix this issue.Thank you in advance!

Hello all,I am trying to use the functionality Delegate Role/Role Delegation in IFS Cloud (22R2SU7).The aim is to share rights of supervisor having subordinates to an employee within the same company, but without nay subordinates.We use matrix org structure and both Supervisor and Employee with delegation assignment use positions from the same matrix org structure.Even I add full access in role delegation I cannot see any expenses of supervisor subordinates which are waiting for approval.The setup of the role delegation looks as follows Any idea if there is some other setup needed? Thank you.

Is there away to create users from a template or to copy from an existing user?Our current process of creating users is very manual and time consuming, if we could copy a user who does the same role or create templates for each role it would be a lot better. Any help or advise anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi,I have created a very simple custom menu to open the form Expense Sheet from an other screen.Expense Sheet view is company specific and my default company is RIA.If i try to open through this menu a record that belongs to XYZ company, it will open Expense Sheet in RIA and no record will be be displayed.I have, of course, access to XYZ, so how to force IFS to switch to the company XYZ when opening Expense Sheet view?  thanks !

Is there a way to attach a Photo in Trip Tracker to a Mileage claim? We would like users to attach their fuel receipt when claiming Mileage, however to Photo option does not appear under the Mileage section. The photos option only seems to appear when entering an expense claim in the ‘Receipts’ section. As a work around we have created an Expense Code called ‘FUEL RECEIPTS’ and asked users to attach the claim using this expense code. Expense claims don’t allow 0 value lines so we ask them to enter 0.01. Allow we can default this line to non-reimbursable, it’s not ideal and could easily be avoided if we could add photos via the mileage entries.

Hello, I am looking for a table in the db containing a pdf file with payslips. I need to know how to match it to the company and employee.

Is there any setting or solution to set up a temp. daytype for maybe 3 month in a row?The issue occures to employees who are on a worktravel for more than 3 weeks.Is there any solution to set a temp. daytype for this time? Because i don´t want to set the temp. daystype for all days in the time card day.

Good morning.  I am not seeing the Organisation Tree for Employees in the Supervisor Access Setup window.  What could be the reason for this?  I did “uncheck” the fields at the top e.g Only Supervised Organisations.  Thank you.

in the IFS , the employee 13177 was using system perfectly and used the expenses sheet page.he is in leave and system display this error message when we open expenses sheet page.I checked his account in the create account page and his account is linked to the personal information. please advise 

We cleaned the database from Multifield Property data on Employee level en stripped the Property Fields Values, but we can’t delete them fully. Without that we cant delete the multi-field property.Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

Hi Team,I need help regarding the sick leave. We are using IFS Cloud 23R1. One requirement is that team want to apply leave for sickness of any employee but they will not known the end date so how we can apply absence request ?. Second is that approved leave will flow to PSO but absence request in confirmed state it will not flow. Can anybody suggest if any out of the box solution is available ?.Please suggest.

Is it possible to remove the atuthorized status in an Expense Sheet ?

Hi,a customer has the following requirements:Employees needs to enter and confirm their clockings/time reportings. Supervisor needs to be able to view confirmed times and authorize the times of their supervised employees, but they should NOT be able to confirm (or change) the times of their supervised employees. Is this setting/configuration possible in HCM with Standard functionalities? When printing/previewing the P60 End of Year Summary and selecting the layout with background  - no background is being displayed.The report definition is P60_2 and has not been amended.On viewing this in IFS Report Designer no background information is being displayed, only the data which is the same as selecting the layout without background.We are on IFS Apps 10 UPD 8.Thanking you.John

Hello, One of my customers noticed an issue when trying to add Code Parts to Expenses in Aurena. When they select any Code Part and click “Save” it shows a green check and says “Expense Edited”. However, nothing is actually saved. The Code Part fields are left blank and when you check IEE they are also blank. I ran a test by entering the Expense in IEE and adding Code Parts to see if it worked and sure enough it did. I then checked the same Expense in Aurena and I could see the Code Parts that I attached on the Expense lines.  Has anyone seen this issue? I am about to report it as a bug but wanted to reach out to the community before I did for any possible solutions. My customer’s end users only use Aurena so using IEE instead is not a solution unfortunately. Additional info: They are using Apps 10 UPD8 Thanks in advance for any help!Thank you!   Nik
