How to create Aurena user and give necessary access?

Hi,I create a user by IFS enterprise explorer and give him a company and self_service role access.But I could not log into Aurena by that user. please suggest me? Thanks in AdvanceSAIFUL

Unused Absence Limit Import not working in 21R2

Hi Community,I tried to import unused absence import via the dedicated function “Unused Absence Limit Import” in IFS Cloud 21R2 and it seems not working. The same file type and structure was tested in APPS 10 with sambe basic data and is working without issues, but in IFS Cloud 21R2 it is not working. Aurena not clearly showing days not available (Allocate Resource)

When in IEE of IFS10 (update 11) we look at the allocation of a resource (from a work order task). It shows the resources available and, as they are linked to the HR schedule in Resource detail settings, their availability:Image 1: Allocate Recource in IEEThe top resource is available on all days. The second one is available on days November 9th (see (1) and 10th. Due to Schedule set up in HR, s/he is no longer available (see (2) and (3)). So colors help me here to visually see what is going on.The same selection in Aurena shows the following:Image 2: Resource Allocation in AurenaResources are correctly shown. However just a grey line in (1), (2) and (3) for the second resource.Is there any way to set this correctly or is this a bug?Changing the color theme leads to:Image 3: Dark ThemeWhen looking at the settings of the graphic, they are:Image 4: Settings

Time writing table/view

Working with IFS10, not sure which upgrade. Question is simple, which view/table contains time writing data and where the time has been written to?I have looked in TIME_PERS_DIARY* views and tables and also EMPLOYEE_WORK_TIME_INFO views/tables but non of them seems to include where time is booked to (i.e. work order, WBS etc...) Thanks

New Employment Configuration Aurena

HR Assistant configuration in EE allowed for specific fields to me marked as mandatory such as birth name, internal remark etc however the list in Aurena for this appears to be very limited. This only appears to show the overall category such as employee, personal as enabled with a small number of fields available for selection. Am i missing something or have the number of fields for mandatory selection been greatly reduced?

Absence calendar does not show properly

Hi All,Once I hide tab “Plans” in the base profile. The window “My Absence calendar” does not show up properly for some users. Request Tab is now hidden behind “December” as shown below.I tried to change the tab margin for the personal profile but new margins are not saved !! Much appreciate any help

Correcting transferred employee hours

In the setup that we currently have, the employee enters/confirms working hours per day/week. Manager authorizes the hours. At frequent interval, the hours are transferred to another (3rd party) application. There the hours (and especially the used codes) are checked. All nice if every day follows the happy flow.It is different for those hours that are booked against wrong codes (or too much or incorrect overtime, etc). In that situation, the hours (days) in IFS Time Card/Registration can not be changed anymore.I find this logical, but what would be the next step to make a change?

Timeclock error ongoing absence.

Hi all,Apps 10.An employee returns from absence so his ongoing absence is ticked. He tries to clock in on time clock via card params but it returns. First thought it was a permissions issue so gave the employee & timeclock user IFSAPP access but the error still appears.Then tried a reboot of the timeclock machine and that did nothing.Then created a manual entry under IFSAPP to time card day which took a while but did work.This ended the ongoing absence correctly as it should stop the ongoing absence when a clock in is registered.Deleted the clock in and tried again on timeclock and it allows the clock in normally.So the error message is popping up because it is not allowing the ongoing absence to end however it doesnt appear to be a permissions issue?Note. This happens infrequently and there is no consistency i.e works fine most of the time and then one random employee gets this problem but it is very difficult to debug anything on timeclock? Thanks

Adding messages to payslips

HiWe need to include some messages on the payslips for all employees and I’m looking to achieve this using standard functionality if possible.From what I can see the standard UK payslip (PayslipUk2.rdl) includes 2 message fields, COMP_MESSAGE and EMP_MESSAGE.I believe EMP_MESSAGE is populated using the M001 parameter in Emp Data Const on the Payroll Information screen but I’m struggling to find out how the COMP_MESSAGE value is populated.Does anybody use this functionality or happen to know how it works?ThanksAnthony

CSP Screen not populating in Absence

Would anyone know why the CSP screen is not populating when I create a new absence. I have created my sick pay configuration, parameters and relevant absence ID. It shows in the absence registration screen and is calculating correctly in the wage code but it is just not appearing in the entitlement section.

Time authorisation options

Hi forum, I created to end-user permission sets for Time Authorisation. One for Attendance by the line manager, one for Project Time Reporting by the projectmanager. In the authorisation popup window there are 2 checkmarks. Does anybody know where in the permission sets, I can turn one off so the 2 created permission sets can only authorize their own hours?

Automatic Insert of Normal Hours

Hello,I have customer that wants to change the way “Generated Results” are inserted into an employee’s Time Card. They want the hours to be populated for their salaried employees at the beginning of each day instead of at the end of the day. This is due to their company processes. I believe the Scheduled Task - “Generate Timerep Intervals and Hours” is what does this. I believe the tasks inserts the hours at the end of the day by default. Is there a way we can change that? We tried changing the schedule to 12:10 AM but it didn’t seem to insert the hours for the current day. Does the task insert for the previous day or the current day? A little setup background: 1. Employees are setup with a Time Base of “Generated Results” 2. Their Time Registration Employee Time Base = Automatic Insert of Normal Hours” 3. Their Schedules are Non Day Type Dependent

Travel Request Approval

Hi Team, I’m a Finance Consultant and have the following query.An Employee (1) in Company “A” makes a Travel Request Via the Approval Matrix it is Configured to Approval from Manager “X” who is not an Employee of Company “A” (Employee with position ID in Matrix Org Structure) When Manager “X” logs in for Approval this Travel Request is not listing in his Approval (Detail Approval) tab It is a Matrix Structure Approval In Travel Request Configuration For Detail Approval. Only using Code Part: Position (ID) set up for GL Accounts (Code Part A - Company Specific) Is this a Bug? and Do you know the Batch ID?Is there any particular setting that needs to be checked? Just some basic information needed, but can see information stored in - fnd_session_runtime table, but it only holds recent calls.Thinking about putting an event in that populates a CLU to hold informaiton but feel its overkill.Any simple way?

'Object Reference Not Set' error when accessing Expense Sheet

Users (some) are getting ‘Object reference not set to an instance of an object’ error when trying to access Expense Sheets in IFS Apps 10 UPD 10 IEE from a saved search shortcut. I have read the other Community answers related to this error but none relate to this scenario. I read one solution that said it could be related to a bad search criteria but I have gone in to his personal profile and can execute that same search without getting the error. we’ve not done an update or upgrade in several months, but this user may be an infrequent user….Any ideas? Thanks
