Hi All,

In my case, system users do not have access for  “Ask for Cancellation” in my absence calendar using Aurena client. But users have access in IEE client for  “Ask for Cancellation”

Where should I change to give access for this?

Hi @TopMalinG ,

Does this issue exist even for the app-owner or is it only with end users? Better if you can specify that information too.

Hi @TopMalinG ,

Most probably, it may related to your Absence Request access role settings. Please check if you have properly granted Absence Request attributes with correct row state.

If it still giving errors, please create a support case for further investigations.

Best Regards,

Lasanthi

Hi,

You will need to ensure that the ‘ChangeReqState’ is granted in the ‘AbsenceEmployeeHandling’ Projection.

screenshot below.

this will then let you change the state of the absence request

Thanks
