Hi @Pheonix,

Unauthorized error must be caused by the IFSPRINT password. Could you try updating it with the correct password?

Enter the decrypted version of the password and click "Save". Then the password will be encrypted and saved in to the configuration file. You should see the encrypted version of the password in the Print Agent UI as well.

You may have to un-install and re-install the service all over again afterwards for the change to take effect by following the steps I mentioned in the previous reply.

Hope this helps!

@Charith Epitawatta Thank you very much for the information.  Adding service user name like DOMAIN\USERNAME worked.

But now I'm getting Unauthorized error.

Do you happen to know why this is happening?

Hi @Pheonix,

Did you specify the service account and the password correctly when installing the service? You need to give the username along with the domain, otherwise it won’t work.

Eg: DOMAIN\USERNAME

  1. Frist uninstall the service from the Print Agent.
  2. Verify the service is uninstalled by checking from Windows Services.
  3. Exit the Print Agent.
  4. Restart the Print Agent.
  5. Make sure the REST port is specified correctly and make sure it is open in your machine.
  6. Install the service again with the correct service account.
  7. Start the service.

Hope this helps!
