Error when publishing custom LU with create projection

Cloning PDB from Single Instance to RAC results in many SYS invalid objects

After our recent cloning from a Single Instance (PDB)  to a RAC, we found almost 75 SYS DB objects being invalidated, which resulted in more invalid objects in the IFSAPP schema (175 in total).Recompiling the invalids won’t work as well, and it will still remain invalidated after force validations too. The RAC cluster is installed within Oracle Linux 8.5 which is Oracle verified, and the Oracle version of the DB is 19c E.A. Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production [Version 19.14.0.0.0]Has this situation been seen by anyone, and which solutions \ suggestions do you have for us to solve it immediately? Thank you in advance.

Java code is not compiled for customComponents

Hi all,when are new modules in solutionset.yaml located in section customComponents, their Java implementation is not builded.If it is located in coreComponents section it works.But their are not supposed to be here.Their should be in customComponents section.We have currently 7 new modules and in coreComponents section it did problems after purchasing new modules - our modules was removed by automerge. And now it occurred again while applying SU 22.1.5.So we really need to move this modules to right section to avoid problems.Does someone face same issue?I created Case CS0079483 nearly three months ago (2022-06-10 13:22:27), but only IFS response is “Our product team will investigate and will provide the solution” (same text on 2022-07-27 10:22:17, 2022-08-10 09:54:24 and 2022-08-24 11:49:09).ThanksBR

Custom Event Action "Email"

Greetings, IFS Community! Can HTML be used inside an ACTION TYPE email? => PLSQL can be used to accomplish this task. <=   However, my question is more focused on whether or not the EMAIL ACTION TYPE is capable of accomplishing this task.   As an example, the screenshot below shows the https or URL where user will need to click:  Is it possible to replace the entire URL with the word "MRB CASE" using HTML in order to hide the entire URL using the EVENT ACTION type EMAIL? BPA - Using user interaction workflow in document attachment

Privacy error from DEV environment in Build Place

Hi,I use a DEV environment in IFS Build Place. I expanded its lifespan several times (it seems its age is about 90 days).Now when I try to go to the welcome page of the environment, my browser shows an error about SSL certificate, it seems the expiration of SSL certificate on AP server. Invalid username and/or password - SSO login

Trying to login using SSO, then this happens:You have entered an invalid username and/or password, or you do not haveauthorization to perform the requested action.Hint: Passwords are case sensitive. Note, SSO was working fine earlier. SSO works fine when connecting to our TEST system.

IFS Cloud Pass Current User (Context Value)

I wonder if anyone can help with this one. I need to pass the current user as a parameter mapping for an execute action command group. I have tried everything I can think of but in previous version of IFS you could get the user via the database or use #USER_ID#. Is there a way of doing this in Cloud?

Adding Sites to User in IFS Cloud

I found a couple of questions on this topic and one idea that is related, but I’m going to ask my question anyway considering the other questions have gone unanswered and the idea wall gives a bleak possibility for this being fixed any time soon.Has anyone found a more efficient way of adding sites for a user in IFS Cloud?  The only page I’ve found for doing this is from Sites per User, and it isn’t just cumbersome as has been mentioned, it is downright obnoxiously slow.In V9, I went to a user, added two sites for a user and saved, there is a built in IFS function to add in the company for the user that they weren’t previously granted.  It took less than 30 seconds from searching the user, adding the sites and saving the record.In Cloud 22R1, the same evolution requires more than a minute and that time becomes significantly longer if the number of sites is more than a couple to add or the company needs added.  Can be literally 5 times as long to do the same task.V9, the UI allows just

Aurena - Setting up a lobby as a homepage and specific navigation tree links

In Aurena - when I set up a lobby as a homepage, the navigation tree is automatically set up to go to the Lobby Overview link. I have two questions in reference to this:Is there a way to set up the homepage as a lobby AND have the navigation tree to show 3 specific SUB-links (i.e Customer, Business Opportunity, Business Activity ) rather than the Lobby Overview link?Also, is there a way to default a group of users homepage to a lobby rather than having them individually set it up themselves?

We have created a Page Configuration for various different screens in IFS Aurena under the same name: We have a new group of users utilizing the same setup but needing a slightly different variation of it. What is the mechanism/method we can use to easily duplicate the context and rename this context to make changes to it?

BPA - Using user Tasks

Error adding Quick Report to existing App Config Pkg

I’m working with a customer who is on 21.2.9.  I get an error in the Quick Reports screen when I try to add any Quick Report to an already existing Application Configuration Package.  The error is:Database error occurred. Contact administrator.        Url: null        Date = 2022-08-22T12:51:23.418Z        Request Id = null        Client version = 21.2.9.20220602055745.0The error does not occur if I use the “+ Create and Add App Config Package”.The error does not occur if I navigate to the existing Application Configuration Package and use the + button in the Items section to add the report..Is this a known issue with Cloud 21r2 Aurena?

IFS10 HttpServer - Error in log file

Hi, In the HttpsServer log file we keep getting these two errors (often many each minute) :(OS 10054)An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.  : ap_get_brigade() didn't read data(OS 10054)An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.  : Error processing websocket connection Any ideas what can cause this? We experience that login can be slow sometimes, and we think that this might be correlated to this issue. We have around 1250 active users (Around 700-800 are active each day). We are currently running upd15 (but this was also a problem for previous updates). This is how our HttpServer config look like:

Hi EverybodyWe use IFS Cloud 21.2.10 and we have a problem to send PDF file on print job event (for quotation order or purchase order).I am not available to add PDF_FILE parameter because I have only one option :  On documentation, there are 3 options :  Do you have an idea about this issue ?Regards, Christophe

Hi All,We were able to find the below limitations and restrictions of Aurena Agent.Directly printing to a local printer. Define local check out paths for uploading/downloading documents related to document management.Are there any other known functional limitations other than the above mentioned when using Aurena Agent?
