Hi Experts,
We are migrating our APP75 environments to new servers. When we setup Print Server in the new server, it did not create "IFS PDF Archiver” printer under windows printers.
Do you know where could be the issue is?
This is on IFS APP75

A few days ago, I experienced the same problem.
Here is what I did to resolve the issue.
1- Log into the APP Server and search for "IFS Print Agent" in the Windows Services list. Ensure the service is active. “Running”
2- You should also verify that the spooler is running on your PrintServer.
