Hi,

For some reason IFS have different accounts and password for

https://community.ifs.com/ (works good!)

and http://partner.ifs.com/ (getting a wrong password)

The last one seems to go through Login to IFS Services where there is no possibility to reset my password:

Does anyone know how to reset this password without contact help desk?

Hi Nimesh,

Thanks for the quick reply.

The password reset at Customer experience > Customer portal > Click on "Forgot your password" worked perfectly.

You’re welcome. :relaxed:

Hi @SORBJAHAU,

Kindly follow below steps and let us know the status.

1. Go to google chrome and press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
2. Go to Advanced > Time range select all time
3. Select only Cookies and site data, Cached images and file, Site settings and hosted apps and clear data
4. Please go through the below URL and reset your password.

Customer password reset - https://portal.ifsworld.com/change_pwd/default.aspx

If this URL redirect you to IFS customer portal login page, kindly fallow the below steps to reset the password.

1. Go to the https://www.ifs.com/
2. Go to the Customer experience > Customer portal > Click on "Forgot your password"
3. Enter the username and continue the password reset.

Please note that your new password needs to be a minimum of 12 characters long (can be longer) and contain all these four character categories:
1. uppercase letters (A-Z)
2. lowercase letters (a-z)
3. numbers (0-9)
4. punctuation characters (!,@,#,etc.)

* Don't use easily predictable words within passwords (Password, manager)
* Don't use any words including previous passwords.
* Don't use your office name, country and city name.

We encourage you to use a passphrase instead of a random password. A passphrase is not only more secure, but also often easier to remember.
Example: "TrafficOnThe101Was#ThisMorning"
***You can't change the password two times within 24 hours. If you changed the password once, please wait until the verification e-mail received to your mail address registered with your account. We also recommend to check your junk mail folder as well.
Our password policy is set to expire every 180 days and you will be required to change your password every 180 days.

Please let me know if this solved the issue. Thanks.

BR,
Nimesh
