Hi All is there a way to edit Base Profile in Aurena. One of our customers want to save searches for Aurena in Base Profile but not sure how to do that. One way is to save it in Personal profile of user and then copy it to Base Profile but is there a way to do it directly in Base Profiles like we do it for Enterprise Explorer.

Will there be a solution for Aurena from UPD 11 or later ?

Hi @RMaassen,

Based on the response received from Product Development (R&D);
Unfortunately we still cannot edit the base profile in Aurena.
A technical workaround is to create a personal profile and convert it to a base profile using  Fndrr_Client_Profile_API.Make_Profile_Base__(profile_id);. When converting, the profile can not be an active profile. ie set as a user’s default profile (refer here).

Refer KBA for any latest update:

Hi,

This response saying the functionality is not available was from 6 months ago.  As of UPD7, is  the answer still the same?

Thanks,

Ryan

Hi @Sahil,

At the moment this functionality is not available in Aurena. As you have mentioned, as a workaround, you have to save it in the personal profile of the user and then copy it to Base Profile .

Hi @Banu Liyanapathirana,

Thanks for the info. Will do as suggested.
