Hi,I’m trying to cancel a PO line using a workflow, but the steps below are not working as expected. No errors are being displayed, but the PO line is not getting cancelled either.I’m adding the workflow as a command on the PO page. Many thanks for your inputs on this issue.Best regards,Uvini

We have built a Control Room Maintenance Lobby in IFS Cloud 25R2 SU8 (25.2.8) that we would like to display continuously on TVs in our maintenance control room. The Lobby shows PM and work order performance, is configured for auto-refresh, and works correctly when opened by a normal authenticated user in a browser. Our requirement is to display it as a shared, unattended operational screen, ideally without using an individual employee's IFS account or requiring users to regularly sign in.The TVs currently use a set-top box/media player to display rotating company images. We have not found IFS documentation covering this scenario. What is the IFS-recommended and supported method for displaying a Lobby continuously on an unattended/shared screen? We would particularly appreciate guidance around the supported authentication/session approach for this type of setup. There were community discussions related to this topic dating back to several years, but not 100% answering the concerns I have.

We're investigating an intermittent issue with Payment Advice reports in IFS Cloud and I'm curious if anyone has seen similar behavior. Most payment advices generate and email correctly, but occasionally a supplier receives a blank PDF.What we're seeingFor a recent example The supplier received a blank Payment Advice PDF by email. When I locate the same payment advice in IFS and use Print Preview, the report renders correctly with all expected data. The XML dataset appears valid and populated. Other suppliers in the same payment run were unaffected.Report Archive observationsIn the Report Archive, I'm seeing two documents created for what appears to be the same payment advice. The records have:Different Print Job IDs The same Result Key (1463084) The same PDF size (324,208 bytes)This makes it look like the document was generated or requested twice. The strange partThe email attachment received by the supplier is named:Payment_Advice_1463085.pdfHowever, Result Key 1463085 does not exist in

HiDuring the installation of IFS Cloud 24R2, we faced a problem with Oracle RAC.The IAM container is not able to start—it fails when attempting to use Oracle Notification Services on port 6200.iam log:[   151.599418s]  WARN ThreadId(01) outbound:proxy{addr=192.168.2.66:6200}:rescue{client.addr=10.14.28.21:52924}: linkerd_app_outbound::http::server: Unexpected error error=logical service 192.168.2.66:6200: route default.endpoint: backend default.unknown: endpoint 192.168.2.66:6200: invalid HTTP version parsed error.sources=[route default.endpoint: backend default.unknown: endpoint 192.168.2.66:6200: invalid HTTP version parsed, backend default.unknown: endpoint 192.168.2.66:6200: invalid HTTP version parsed, endpoint 192.168.2.66:6200: invalid HTTP version parsed, invalid HTTP version parsed] Maybe somebody already handled such problem?

Hi All,Is it still not possible to individually grant/revoke CUD actions for an entity?Say, when we grant CustomerOrderHandling, Role A wants to Create Customer Orders and Role B wants update Customer Orders but not create.Looks like Actions - Create, Update - are bundled together so not possible. Any workarounds please?Events?Modification?Page Designer? TIA.

We are using a couple of lobbies in IFS Cloud for KPI measuring. Is there a good way to monitor these lobbies on big screens out in production? Is there a tool in IFS that can export a printout of the lobby, or is there some way for other application to read Lobby elements?

In a Nutshell: IFS Cloud Web DevTools was working fine last week for me, but out of the blue I logged into my computer today to do some debugging and the “Network” pane (in Logs) is not producing ANY output. And YES, I have selected “Debug DevTools link” in my IFS instance.  How do you normally troubleshoot this? any ideas other than un-install/re-install the extension?I’m running Web DevTools 1.2.8I am pretty sure this is not the Web DevTools, there must be something wrong between my data collection and the browser because the IFS Inspector (another add-on used for similar purpose) is also NOT collecting Server side Network activity.I’m running Edge Version 153.0.4234.48 Thanks for your ideas… I have explored everything I thought could cause it to no avail so far!

Hello,I’m migrating an invoice layout to IFS Report Studio from Crystal Reports (IFS Cloud 25R2 SU9) and need a dynamic watermark: DUPLICATE / COPY / PRELIMINARY depending on print context. SetupThe report definition (.rdf) computes a header-level field WATERMARK_TAG holding the watermark ID. The value is confirmed correct in the generated XML (e.g. <WATERMARK_TAG>PRELIMINARY</WATERMARK_TAG>). The report’s Watermarks collection contains one text watermark per ID: DUPLICATE, COPY, PRELIMINARY and NONE. The report’s WatermarkId property is bound to an expression. Results (test document: WATERMARK_TAG = PRELIMINARY in the XML)Hardcoded value → ✅ PRELIMINARY watermark printed'PRELIMINARY'   Field only → ❌ first watermark of the collection (DUPLICATE) printed[INVOICE_REP_REQUEST.INVOICE_REP.WATERMARK_TAG]   Multi-condition Iif → ❌ no watermark printed (falls to the default branch NONE)Iif([INVOICE_REP_REQUEST.INVOICE_REP.WATERMARK_TAG] == 'DUPLICATE', 'DUPLICATE', [INVOICE_REP_R

My current installation has a single Print Agent installed on a Utility Server.  This works fine.  I would like to add a second Print Agent hosted on a second Utility Server to help with printing responsiveness and to serve as a backup.  To do this, I installed a second Print Agent and assigned it a unique "ID".  Additionally, the installation uses a second IAM Client entry using a unique "Client ID".  Each Print Agent's printer mappings are unique as well.  My installation is currently on IFS Cloud Release 24R2.The second Print Agent's service will not start successfully.  The logs show the following:From IFSPAService_%.log:[006] 10/12/2026 2:52:07 PM: Starting REST Service...[006] 10/12/2026 2:52:07 PM: ******************************************ServicePointManager.DefaultConnectionLimit :- 2******************************************[006] 10/12/2026 2:52:07 PM: ******************************************Modifying default connection limit to :- 2[006] 10/12/2026 2:52:07 PM: ************

Hi,Is there any option to access SNOW cases through a REST API?Our team manages a large number of Unified Support cases, and we would like to automate some activities to make our work more efficient and process the cases faster.Has anyone implemented a similar integration or automation? If so, could you please share any available documentation or recommendations?Thank you.

Hello,We are running IFS Cloud 25R2SU07 with 120 users. The middel tier has 128 GB of memory, but only 25 GB is userd. We tried to downsize for cost reduction to 98 GB of memory, but IFS MT was not starting at all.Did you experience this kind of behaviour  in your Remote Cloud deployment ?Your feedback is welcome.

I was tasked with adding a new Custom Attribute to an existing Entity Configuration in our IFS Cloud 26 R1 Test environment as part of our preparation for upgrading from Apps 10 UPD 19 to Cloud 26 R1. This was also an opportunity for me to become more familiar with the process.I successfully added the Custom Attribute, but when attempting to publish it, I encountered the error shown in the screenshot below. To troubleshoot the issue, I have tried unpublishing the entity, disapproving the Custom Attribute, disapproving the Entity Configuration itself, and then reapproving and republishing everything. However, I continue to receive the same error.Has anyone encountered this issue before or know what might be causing it? I would appreciate any insight into the underlying cause of the error and the specific steps needed to resolve it.

Hello IFS Team,we are currently implementing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group provisioning for IFS Cloud using the SCIM interface. Our environment is operated as a managed service in Microsoft Azure. Each customer has its own Microsoft Entra tenant, while the IFS Cloud environment is hosted in a separate managed Azure tenant operated by us.During our design phase, we identified that the standard Microsoft Entra SCIM provisioning service typically requires the SCIM endpoint to be reachable by Microsoft's cloud-based provisioning service via public IP addresses. Microsoft also provides an alternative architecture based on the Microsoft Entra Provisioning Agent, which allows provisioning to SCIM-enabled applications located in private networks without exposing the SCIM endpoint to the Internet. We would like to understand whether the IFS Cloud SCIM implementation supports this scenario.Could you please confirm the following:Does IFS Cloud support SCIM provisioning through the Mi

Hello everyone,we are currently planning a new on-premise IFS Cloud High Availability installation.According to the IFS documentation, a customer-provided hardware or software load balancer must be used in front of the Middle Tier cluster. IFS does not provide a dedicated load balancer solution and the load balancer must support session stickiness. [docs.ifs.com], [docs.ifs.com]We are now evaluating possible options and would like to learn from other customers' experiences. Some questions:Which load balancer are you using with IFS Cloud HA? Are you using Citrix ADC, F5, NGINX, HAProxy or another solution? Is the solution vendor-supported in your environment? How long have you been running it in production? Have you experienced any issues with session stickiness, WebSockets, SSL termination or upgrades? Would you recommend your current setup? We are particularly interested in customer experiences from Europe, but feedback from all regions is highly appreciated.Thank you in advance for sha

Can Azure API Management be used as an API Gateway in front of the IFS Cloud APIs, providing source IP allowlisting, additional authentication/authorization, request logging/monitoring and rate limiting? In addition, can direct API access to the IFS Cloud endpoint be restricted so that API traffic is accepted only via the customer's Azure API Management gateway?
