Our Mission

We’ve created this site so that our users, partners, and customers can interact with our team and with each other - to exchange tips and ideas, and collaborate on techniques related to our products and services. The community is open to everyone, so we’ve created guidelines to make sure it stays beneficial to all.

These guidelines are to clarify what we do and don't allow in our community. If you see a topic that appears to break the rules, please report it.

In general, anything unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable or injurious to third parties will be removed.

Be respectful and constructive.
We're a very diverse group so you're going to see a variety of experience and knowledge. Remember to be respectful and constructive with your communication to your fellow members.

We are very open to feedback, although some comments are best routed through our Voice of the Customer program so they can be addressed by the appropriate teams. They can be reached at customerexperience@ifs.com. We reserve the right to remove posts that would be better addressed through this program.

Additionally, this is not a space for selling. Any posts directly selling or advertising products will be removed.

Be collaborative.
Work together! Share knowledge, provide feedback, and help each other. Answer an unanswered question. Follow categories that interest you and look for topics that could use your expertise. Additionally, the community is designed for one-to-many conversations. Post your questions and let others answer. Refrain from direct messaging employees to ask questions. If you need help in a private setting, please create a case instead.

Be careful.
This is a public community and therefore, you should not post personal information on the community including your home address, phone number, or social security number. Be cautious when posting screenshots from your IFS instances. If you accidentally post something that should not be shared, flag the topic and the community manager can remove.

While many members are happy to help out, please remember that their advice is theirs only and that you are responsible for deciding whether or not to follow it. 

Important: We value your privacy and security. Please refrain from sharing any confidential or sensitive data as well as any personal data, such as extracts of your data, login credentials etc, within your feedback. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Be resourceful.
Leverage our resources. Search the community and try to resolve your issue before posting a new question. If you don't find a solution, tell us what you've tried so far. The more trouble shooting you do, the easier it will be for us to answer your question.

Be aware.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to edit and/or remove any post containing or linking to material in violation of these Guidelines and disable the membership of any user who violates these Guidelines. While we plan to operate on a three-strike system, we reserve the right to immediately ban a user, based on the severity of the infringement.
