That user experience is important, I think everyone will agree on. But to achieve great user experience we need knowledge about our users. And the best way to obtain this knowledge is through meeting our users, doing interviews and observe them using our product.
To make it easier for us to meet our users, we (the User experience product group at IFS R&D) have created a group for end users. It has end users, that have said okay to participate in studies connected to user experience. They decide the level of engagement.
