I have a query regarding withholding tax voucher cancellation. For me, B voucher is created automatically for withholding tax once the customer invoice is posted. But I want to cancel this voucher as it contains some error in amount field.But, I am not getting any option for reversing the entries. Note: The Voucher created is in Approved State. It is not updated to GL.Need a solution asap.

Trying to set up the automation and facility to directly e-mail any manual/instant invoice we create. We have an e-mail event set up, but cannot get customer e-mail to pull through, which field should this be entered on to populate? Another way I had tried was setting up e-invoice in supplier card, the IFS Help section advises I can change the address after saving to an internet e-mail address, but I get an error when trying to change/save this?

Hi We just received the message from a customer that certain Payment Institutes dont accept payment files with the Pain.001.001.003 anymore. will there be a new format available soon for Pain.001.001.009.?I know that Camt054 version 4 was released with update 15 app10 

Hello,  App10 UPD13  IEEWe want mandatory pre-posting for a Work Task code part.  We have set:T57 (Pre Accounting Work Task)  --  Code Part “C”  --  C58 (Mandatory Pre Posting)  --  no DftHowever IFS never “stops” for the pre accounting mandatory entry.  When is (should) the requirement be triggered?  I’d assume at Task Release; but no - WT goes to Released and transactions are allowed (Issue material, report time, etc.).  Is this a possible bug or am I missing something?  Thanks

 I will get this dialog in apps10 update 16, does anyone knows the solution for this, the same works in production with update 11 ? the invoice should be seen in the Instant Authorization window, if i click on okay IFS crashes and closing down the application.The dialog say that the plugin for acrobat reader is missing.

We are currently running 21R1. When i go to Supply Chain and Manufacturing Postings Analysis, we have several transactions that have a status of 2 - Completed but not transferred.  I am transferring transactions (specifically Processing Transactions) for shop orders.  The background job shows that the job has been run and posted.  I then go to Update GL vouchers and I can see L and T1 transactions.  However, they don’t appear to be posting.  they disappear and the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Postings Analysis  is still showing a status of 2. Some transactions from the same date have transferred without issue and I don’t see any differences except for the employee.  Any suggestions on what may be going on?  I’ve looked everywhere I can think.

Hi CommunityI tried to set-up a new company based in Romania in IFS from a STD-FR Model but the RON currency is not available for my Model so i cannot set it up.Does anyone know how to fix it?

My client wanna distribute the cost incurred by marketing team according to proportion of revenue account based on the product group, I have no issue to configure the steps in PCA for this.  However  I have problem to setting the steps for cost incurred by cost centre Finance (ie salary, travelling expenditure) which they wanna distribute it equally to 5 product groups in the same GL account.  How can it be done through PCA?

Hello!Wondering if anyone else has solved this already… Danske Bank sent out the following information: “It will no longer be possible to send Bankgiro files (supplier payments) via Danske Bank, these files should instead be in ISO2022 XML format”Currently our Swedish entity is using payment format BGSWE (Bankgiro, Domestic Payments, Sweden). We tried to use ISO2022 instead, but apparently plusgiro account is required (not bankgiro), so the file didn’t go through as plusgiro account for supplier is missing. Does anyone have a solution for this?Many thanks in advance! 

I need help! Our template is set up to where it should print out a 2nd to 6th reminder if the invoice is still open.The first reminder is sent fine, it’s only the next week where nothing happens. For reminders 2, 3, 4 etc.What do I have setup incorrect? I have the Cust ID, Cust Group, Payer, AR Contact and Currency in the STD template.

Hi Team,I want to split the revenue evenly across future accounting periods for a Service Contract.For ex: Annual Maintenance Contract is sold for period Apr1 2021 to March31 2022. Customer pays the entire amount in advance . Now the amount needs to be distributed equally across each future accounting periods.Request you to please tell what basic configuration set up needs to be done for this.How revenue will be distributed evenly and what voucher type will be created for it.Screenshots of the setup will be really helpful.Thanks,Rakesh 

Hi,We are migrating from version 9 to Cloud (22.1.5) and I am having trouble with an import of Currency rate. In version 9 we generate rate files into a directory on the server and IFS task go take this file and import currency rate.In Cloud version, I cannot see my directory on my server. Hi All, I have the below scenario: I have received an Advance Payment from the Customer which includes the Tax amount. As there is no Customer Orderrelated to it currently, I am trying to create a Payment in Advance using Mixed Payment window.But the issue is tax for me is calculated using Tax Calculation Structure. In Mixed Payment window there is no such option to connect the required Tax Structure. As a result on voucher level the tax amount is not shown.How to resolve this issue? Thanks in Advance. Best Regards,Rakesh Rout

Hi Team Greetings We have 2 MCPR transactions on which we are unable to transfer cost to customer company. When we create new transactions and transfer the cost on that projects everthing works fine.Only 2 transactions are stuck. We compared with other transactions which are working fine, everything looks fine with transactions in error. Still it gives error in background job as “Notice the background job has ended with an Error “No transactions to create cost accounting for                    ORA-20110: PrelInvoicePosting.NOACCTRANS”  What can be the reason for it? Is it a bug?

Hi Team,When creating a Manual Supplier Invoice with the manually added Non-Deductible Tax Amount creates database records in the invoice_tab, invoice_item_tab, source_tax_item_tab with the calculated non_deduct_tax_dom_amount. The calculated non_deduct_tax_dom_amount value calculating using  non_deduct_tax_curr_amount (Non-Deductible Tax Amount) . And for the given tax code both values should equal. There is an unbalanced Posting Proposal connected to manual supplier invoice with different values for non_deduct_tax_curr_amount and non_deduct_tax_dom_amount in all three database tables. And the saved non_deduct_tax_dom_amount value for that invoice equal to total_tax_dom_amount.Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello everyone, I would like to import an external file automatically by “External File Assistant” (Batch process) exactly like on this topic (Import external files automatically | IFS Community).Unfortunately, i’ve got a few problems with the solution. The first one was to define a value for the parameter “SERVER_DIRECTORY” in “System Parameters For Accounting Rules” but I do not have this parameter in the list.List of all parametersThe second solution was to setup a Routing Rule with FTP Reader. Hi all, Wonder if you can help with an issue we are having with the inter-company invoicing.We had an order for our Spanish site from a customer in Spain. The part was supplied by our UK site, sent over and then the accompanying invoice was sent from the UK to our Spanish site via the EDI messaging.The below screenshot confirms that the invoice was sent…. This is all well and good, but we can’t seem to find said invoice in the Supplier Invoice Analysis for our Spanish site…. Are there any settings we are missing or something we have overlooked?? Many thanks

Hi, Since 2022 Romania will  start with SAF-T file.Has anyone heard of any partner in Romania converting IFS data to XML?So we deliver data in the form of XLS or TXT files and an additional application converts them to XML.Another solution, maybe someone heard of a complete solution for IFS?I am looking for any solution for my Client./Marek
