Hi,We are on IFS Cloud and have a new starter who is a Transaction Processing Manager but despite having projection access to the Supplier Payment Proposals screen cannot view any data. Are we missing some setup where the user needs to be added to a screen to permit access to the historical data? Please adviseThanks

HiWe just updated to the Release R25.1 and are running into a big problem in finance.Suddenly we have transactions on a Posting Cost Group ID ‘*’ even thought this group is not set up in Posting Cost Groups. And we are talking within 10 days of 300-400K. Can anybody tell us where we find the setting? Ususally if a basic data is not entered all transactions should run into an error but here they go right into the GL. Is it something we can turn off or do we have to open a ticket with IFS? Thanks for any help.JT

Dear Community Members,one of our companies faced a situation where company A received several invoices, but they were paid by a company B. How can we register payment transactions and maintain accurate account balances on both sides in IFS? Hello All,I have a customer requirement, where they want to run a periodical capitalization and revenue recognition. However, they do not want to reverse the revenue recognition postings on next period rather they want to keep calculating and posting the revenue to be recignized on the periodical basis.Ultimately, they are looking for the result fo monthly report and yearly report for revenue recognized for a long term projects which has ifecycle of minimum 3 years?I know IFS standard functionality, will always reverse the previous period voucher and calculate again cumulative amount to be recongnized. but did anyone has similar kind of requirement and solution suggestion for this?ThanksRaj

Considering that IFS does not allow the creation of a supplier check without generating a voucher, what is the recommended approach to handle post-dated checks where the check is issued to the supplier ahead of time, but the accounting entry should only be recognized in a future period?

We observed, in Cloud 24R2, that in GL Voucher Rows Analysis, the code part fields are all clustered together and it would not be possible to insert a different column between them and have the columns exported to Excel that way. We can, for example, use Column Chooser to put Amount after Cost Center, but when exporting the results to Excel, this column ordering is not enforced, instead all code string columns are in order together. Furthermore, we could not place fields in between the code string fields within page designer, as code string is it’s own group. Are we missing something, or is not possible to export results from here with columns in between the code string columns?

We are using MRO in IFS Apps 10, mainly for Component Repair Orders and Complex Assembly.We are facing an issue where costs for Component Repair Orders (Customer-Owned parts) are correctly accumulated in WIP, but are not transferred to COGS when the related Customer Order is invoiced. As a result, our finance team has to manually move WIP to COGS.Current ProcessOur standard process is: Create Component Repair Order (Customer-Owned part). Book material and labor → costs are posted to WIP (working correctly). Create Sales Line manually in Component Repair Order. From CRO, use RMB option “Create Customer Order” and transfer sales lines.  I am currently conducting tests for a Chinese customer and I want to check the Invoice Jinsui box on the customer order. I remember that there was a setting for this on the customer record, but I can no longer find it. My customer is using version 24R1.Can you please help me?Thank you.  

When you have transaction code external on an invoice, the cost does not come through, works fine with transaction code MANUAL and M93. Is there a basic data setup that is missing?

Hello, most of our taxable suppliers were handled outside of IFS because they were on a credit card. We are now limiting credit card usage. Is there a General Ledger query I can run to look at possible sales tax owed by GL account?

When trying to create an instant invoice for a Swiss company using Swiss Invoice 27 Modula 10 we get presented with the below error:  Can anyone advise where IFS is trying to pull/create this payment reference from so we can ascertain why it is the wrong length. Is there some other set up we need to do for this?Thanks

At which point is the IFS exchange rate attached to a customer order/invoice? If an order is raised in Feb but invoice goes out in March I believe it’s the March ex rate that is used? but does the ex change rate ever get attached to the order, or does it only get added to the process when the invoice is raised?

Hello everyone, we have run into a situation where a previous period 11/2025 was open and we are unable to close that period. the validate transactions in progess shows Error of Transactions waiting to be transferred from Distribution and/or Manufacturing. What i checked as of now is the following:User per user group: all closed Distribution and Manufacturing posting analysis status code 99: nothing, tried <>3 : nothing. Rerun erroneous Distribution and Manufacturing postings : Nothing. Voucher entry for period 11/2025: Nothing. Transfert inventory transactions. Transfert purchase transactions.And still the error is checked. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,We have a business requirement.Currently, suppliers must be configured per company (payment and invoice settings). We have many companies and many suppliers, is there a way to define a supplier as global so it can be used across all companies without having to configure payment and invoice attributes for each company individually? Thank you   

Are the Customer Aging Analysis Window and the Customer Ledger Age Analysis Order Report supposed to be in sync as it relates to the aging buckets?  Ours have different numbers in the buckets and I am not sure if that is by design or if we have a setting wrong in our system?

Hi Team, I have a question with regards to the Rollback for PCA.When I rollback the PCA I get the error “ Cannot Rollback journal when there are other jouranal created later”The background is, we ran the PCA for a period and updated to GL and we created some transactions after that and now we need to rollback the PCA to include those transactions for the allocation.In company set up we use the Rollback Mode as “Rollback” And we don’t use Journal Id’s  Why the system pulls the above error even we don’t use journal Id’s.(I am aware we do the rollback if we set up the rollback mode to Correction but still i need to check why the system pulls this error eventhou
