Hi All, Currently there is a process that is consuming too much time and it is not being possible to automate it in IFS.When a purchase order is made, sometimes (regularly) it is necessary to send money to the supplier, i.e. to enter an advance payment into the system. The problem starts at this stage, there is no document from the supplier (e.g. no supplier advance invoice).Is there a way to identify in the Purchase Order the need to pay a certain amount?Is there a way to automatically include this payment requirement in the Supplier Payment Proposal? Manually it is possible (add manually the payment at proposal), but customer wants it to be an automatic process.Then, when the supplier invoice is introduced, it will be necessary to match this payment with the Manual Supplier Invoice. Business Impact:A huge impact, the supplier payment proposal is edited several times. Does anyone have either/both of these templates they could share, please?  If there is a completed example that works that would also be appreciated too. We have an issue (Apps 9) where we are trying to import a multi-line supplier invoice (one invoice no, multiple lines/postings/tax codes) but the invoice fails to load.  When we import an invoice with one record, it imports without error.  When we try multiple lines we get the following error Any suggestions/ideas would be much appreciated.   Linda

Booking Control Supplier Partial Rollback: In the case of "Supplier Payment Rollback - Partial Payment", we already have the problem in IFS7.5 that the lump-sum partial payment is not posted back to the supplier, but to the company ID. The fault is the booking control PP9, because this is not can be set equal (according to supplier group) posting control IP1. Please advise on how this can be corrected.

we try to create  Manual supplier invoice for supplier 202147 in company 101 and the Po related to company 111.after matching system displayed the below error entering invoices for the same supplier in company 101 and  Po related to other companies (NOT 111) is working without any issueplease advice.

Hi everyone, I would like your help regarding inventory part and fixed asset.My client purchases Fixed Assets and store it in warehouse. Then it is issued on Material Requisition if needed in the equipement structure and / or Maintenance can be performed on them while in warehouse.Do you know how to define an inventory part as a Fixed asset and as a Serial Object as well ?Thanks for your help.Regards

A user created a parked payment which we are now trying to correct and move it to a customers account.  We have not used this feature before and not sure how to do this.  Does anyone have experience with these transactions to provide guidance on how to accomplish this?    We think she somehow created it by unmatching a payment she incorrectly entered.  Mixed payment form right click canceled matching.Essentially we would like it all cancelled so it can be reentered however would settle for it being moved to the customer’s account.Thank you!

I am trying to post a customer invoice for return order, but getting following error. Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (invoice XXXXX currency account is not balanced.) While posting invoice CD XXXX. I have checked the amounts they are same and it does not seem to be related to Currency type. Next thing what I think is could be invoice date issue but not sure. Can you guys please me here.

When the user is trying to print a ‘Supplier Payment Proposal’, when clicking OK on the ‘Payment Proposal Report Parameters’, the error message ‘You are not allowed to execute the report’. I have looked in Permission sets and can’t see anywhere where it is restricted. The printing works in EE but not in Aurena, I can’t figure out the projection it requires.

Hi,We have two roles in the invoice posting authorizers - Authorizer & Acknowledger. I am clear on what authorizer role does but am not clear on the function of the Acknowledger role.I changed my role to acknowledger, created a manual supplier invoice, & then on the “authorize” tab of the invoice I “Acknowledge” the posting proposal (as opposed to authorizing) and received the below message. My observation that I can’t acknowledge without an authorizer makes it seems like the acknowledger role may be redundant. Good day all,In the past we always used to have the ability to change taxes on the purchase order when needed for specific circumstances. It looks like this ability to modify has been (greyed out) and I cannot remove a line.Just curious if there have been recent changes or something im missing.My only known options are: - Set up a new tax code/structure that can be applied, however this removes the procurement teams flexibility.Thanks 

Hello, is there any standard way in IFS 10 to get a report or data on the following? I would like to analyse for one (or several) customers whether they are adhereing with there payments to the set due date; in order to prepare for a discussion on their payment moral with them.Therefore, I look for a table / report that shows me (at least) Customer number, Customer order number, invoiced amount, original due date, date when funds were received (or booked) Any idea on that?

I want to Print Payment Advice form IFS using Order Report but in Order report, there is an option to enter Order ID I don't Know what Order ID system required.  

We have multiple 1p over payments that we would like to write off. Normally we refund overpayments, but the admin is just too much. Would I use the customer offset screen? Also I can write off invoices as a whole, but not part payments. Am using the customer offset screen - any tips?

Is there a relation in Basic data or How Purchase Order charges and connected or related to a GL Account in IFS.We have Purchase Charges Type screen but how thats linked to GL.Any Finance Set-up is required for mapping these two or these two are independent functions?

HelloDo any of you use IFS explicitly for your operating plan and forecasting process for your company rather than just for specific projects? We use IFS as our general ledger. Right now we do data dumps from IFS, do lots of manipulation and pivots to generate forecasts and plans. I wanted to see what is available in IFS today for dynamic forecasting / budgeting with real time updates. If you use something other than IFS for forecasting and budgeting, what do you use? Does it integrate with IFS? I am brand new to IFS.ThanksJen

Hello,I'm having issues with regards of automatic matching when doing intercompany invoices in IFS.If the check box "Create when checked" is not ticked in the external supplier invoice parameters, I have to create the invoice manually when the invoice is loaded and the invoice is automatically matched with the PO as expected (through posting proposal).As my customer is willing to automate all the steps, I'd like to do the process where the invoice is "created when checked", to avoid manual creation. The invoice is indeed created with no errors but it seems like the system doesn't find the receipt. Thus, the automatic matching is not automatically completed, whereas the PO was indeed fully receipted.My posting proposal status is "cost invoice" and in the invoice lines I can see the PO reference and not the PO receipt (which I can see when the invoice is created manually from the screen: External supplier invoice loa
