Hello,Our customer order line has an associated charge: Line price: 150 Additional charge: 100  When the customer order line is delivered, a new line is created on the Outstanding Sales page. However, this new line does not include the charge in its price.  As a result, when creating interim sales voucher, the system takes only the base line price (excluding the charge).

Does IFS 10 have a solution for JPK_V7M3 for Poland?

The customer experience that after generating a SAF-T file (ver.1.30), there are five supplier-IDs used in GL (Transactions) which are not included in the MasterFiles Suppliers.What we have identified so far, is that one of the invoices has arrived in period 12 (previous year), the invoice is finally posted in the following periode 1, and then has a credit invoice matched in period 2.Anyone with similar experiences?

Hi,I wonder if anyone has met a requirement where outbound (Direction - ) transactions should be tracked based on Serial Number.My current understanding is that if a part is lot tracked, the CoO is taken from the Lot, else from inventory part.Meaning that if the same inventory part use Serial tracking, and parts come from different origins we are not able to track the serials origin.This would of course require CoO on serial, and then to follow-up it on outbound transactions consequently.

Looking for adviceWe’re starting to see rounding discrepancies on invoices where the line total does not match the displayed unit price × quantity, which is beginning to create issues with customs documentation.Example:Stored unit price: 3.46343412Qty: 50IFS calculates:3.46343412 × 50 = 173.171706 → 173.17However the invoice displays the unit price as 3.46, so a manual calculation shows:3.46 × 50 = 173.00Our client is encountering issues when very large quantities are involved, as small rounding differences become magnified in the final totals.Is this the expected behavior in IFS Cloud for invoice calculations?Has anyone found a configuration or best practice to avoid these mismatches, especially where customs documentation expects totals to match the displayed unit price?

When I try to create and save my invoice I get the error message “Payment address object does not exist for DTACHCU”. I have done the below setup for payment method DTACHCU.  It is not allowed to define electronic payment address for payment method DTACHCU.

We tried to test new funcitonality in 24R2, Calculate tax exchange rate when missing in xml file...and we have used the released note as a set up guide….. Is there information missing in the release notes? do we need more basic data to get this working properly?  We run 25R1.7 - and unfortunately, our testing has not been successfully

Hi Colleagues,In connection with testing the integration to Pagero,  encountered issues related to missing fields required for outbound invoices to Romania. Specifically, the fields “Seller Legal Information,” “Seller Country Code,” and “VAT Accounting Currency Code” do not appear to be included in the IFS_EINVOICE_TO_FINANCE transformer.Is IFS fully complies with the ANAF requirements for Romanian outbound e‑invoicing. Comparison of the transformers in IFS 10 and IFS Cloud does not indicate that these mandatory fields are being generated in either version. We received following error from Pagero sideThe document does not satisfy requirements for recipients format Romania EN16931 CIUS. The following errors were identified: [BR-RO-030]-Daca Codul monedei facturii (BT-5) este altul decat RON, atunci Codul monedei de contabilizare a TVA (BT-6) trebuie sa fie RON.

Hi everyone,We’ve recently installed IFS Cloud 25R2 and have started testing the e‑invoicing features. During our checks, we noticed that the UBL 2.1 file generated by IFS for the outgoing invoice flow does not fully comply with the requirements of the French tax authorities.Some mandatory XML tags appear to be missing, such as the SIREN and the invoice routing address.I’d be interested to know whether other users have encountered the same issue, and if so, what solutions or workarounds you are considering.Thanks in advance for your feedback!

In IFS Cloud, we receive most supplier invoices electronically and they are processed automatically and created as preliminary invoices (I-voucher). Since suppliers only provide PO numbers, these are without a Project ID. We then manually enter the project ID on the invoice by adding the Project ID in the Posting Proposal Head or on the Posting Lines.When we then try to create a Supplier Payment Proposal and using the "Project ID" selection parameter, the system fails to find these invoices. It seems the payment proposal filter is only looking at the initial invoice state and is completely ignoring the project data we added during the posting stage. This makes us unable to create Supplier Payment Proposals for a single project. Often we want to be able to create a Supplier Payment Proposal for a single project, so we can track the payments and have all payments for a project on a single payment order.

Hi,We have just installed the latest SU9 service pack for IFS Cloud 25R1. This service pack introduces functionality to support the new JPK‑V7M3 structure. However, I have not been able to find support for the replacement tags (BFK, DI, and OFF) within this structure, which are required when an invoice does not have a KSeF number.Am I missing something, or is this functionality not yet supported? If so, this would mean that the current structure is not fully compliant with the legal requirements.

We have set up Swiss QR code invoicing successfully on Instant Invoice, however when we create a project invoice (for the same customer in the same company) no QR code layout is produced.Does anyone know why this might be? Is there additional set up required to enable this on project invoices?

Is Cashflow Analysis available (FINCFA) in 25R2 ?

When uploading a large file to import Fixed assets, using the system generated ExtFAObject external file template, we are receiving the following error:  “The depreciation (14695.69) for book INTERNAL is greater than the acquisition value 14500.”This is the same error for all assets, regardless of the actual acquisition value included in the upload.  Can anyone assist with this error?  Here is an example of the data being uploaded - you can see in this case the asset acquisition value is actually 24291.26.  Would appreciate any assistance.  This is happening on all the assets in the file

Hi,My customer has partially paid a manual advance customer invoice.I deducted the amount already paid from the customer's final invoice via the “advance invoice” screen.My customer has paid the remainder of the invoice, so the final invoice is settled with an open amount in the customer's account on the advance invoice. When I try to cancel the balance of the advance invoice using a cancellation code in screen “mixed payment”, the system displays the following message: “prepayment type is mandatory when paying an advance invoice.”What should I do? Thank you for your help

Hello community ,Is it normal to have a balance displayed in posting information of manual supplier invoice  in Balance in Accounting currency .In company accepted voucher difference is set . J voucher had fetched the IP28 posting.Thanks in advance Udanee

Hi Experts, I have created a new external file template to generate the supplier check payment.plan is to generate this file as soon the check is created via payment order. we have done the setup to the payment formats and suppliers as needed. but still the file is not getting generated. then added this payment format to the supplier,in my external file template, I have ORDER_ID as parameter, should that be a problem?if I execute the file template through the file assistant it creates the output file. what could be the issue here? do I need to setup a separate event on this? Kind Regards!Niyo

As per Ministry of Finance Rule PMK 131, for most goods and services, a 12% VAT rate is applied on a Tax base in the form of the Other Value (Dasar Pengenaan Pajak/”DPP Nilai Lain”), which is set as Tax Basis at 11/12 of the import value, selling price, or compensation. This results of the calculation is in an effective VAT rate of 11%.To comply with this rule in our AR invoices, we require IFS to facilitate the display of the Tax Basis as "11/12 of the selling price" and the VAT rate 12% within the invoice layout.
