Is anyone in the community a UK business, with a registration for tax in Portugal but no permanent establishment, and how are you handling SAF-T reporting requirements? We don't have an IFS Company set up with Country = Portugal but we do have a Site that does. We are transferring stock in (Shipments) and selling on to customers (Customer Orders). We're low volume so handling reporting manually currently. Just wondering if anyone has any potential solutions to look at? Thanks!Linda
A. What is your idea? 1) Classification New concept or idea 2) Brief descriptionBackground:In IFS Cloud Tracks, revenues and costs that are excluded from capitalization (by excluding the relevant account from Periodical Capitalization) are incorrectly included in revenue recognition calculations for POC Method: Manual.Note that this issue is not there in POC Method: Actual. This is since “Include Cost Excluded from Capitalization for POC” has been auto disabled (set as “No”) from Project Group level for POC Method: Actual. But this option has been auto enabled (set as “Yes”) for POC Method: Manual. This was reported through Case: CS0532547.Issue:It is not possible to change the value in “Include Cost Excluded from Capitalization for POC” to ‘No’ for POC Method: Manual. Therefore this causes a situation where the excluded revenues and costs are always included in the revenue recognition calculations which is not right for the customers which are used to use Manual POC Method without reve
Customer would like to know if UK GAAP could be included as an option in Accounting standard drop down .(see the image attached)Customer had informed a new regulations around UK GAAP come into place for Lease accounting, which is being used in place of IFRS, there are some differences between the two. We would like to know what are the differences are and if IFRS can support them in IFS or if we need to account for the differences in the system/whether IFS will be updating this in any of their releases.
Hello, The format of the e-reporting for the B2Bi and B2C invoices is not valid. Do you have any information about this e-reporting ? Thanks
Dear Experts,We are currently evaluating the impact of IFRS 18 on our IFS setup. One requirement is to classify foreign exchange differences into the categories Operating, Investing and Financing, based on the underlying transaction or balance. This means that FX revaluations on trade receivables/payables should be presented differently from FX revaluations on loans or investments. But there are edge cases, for instance when a supplier might be used for operating as well as investing activities.I am interested to understand how others have approached this in IFS.Our challenge is that the standard currency revaluation process posts unrealised FX gains/losses without an obvious distinction between the underlying business nature of the balance. Questions:How have you differentiated FX revaluations between Operating, Investing and Financing? Did you solve this through separate accounts, posting control, code parts, account groups, reporting logic, or another approach? Are you able to derive

Hello community,We are currently facing a functional issue regarding the processing of supplier credit invoices for Purchase Orders managed with payment milestones. Our customer has paid several supplier invoices linked to a Purchase Order that includes payment milestones. The supplier invoices linked to the PO lines have been fully processed, matched, and paid.Later, the supplier issued two partial credit invoices related to those invoices.Under normal circumstances (standard receipt flow), credit invoices are processed using the usual matching/correction process. However, in this case, that approach does not work.We have already tried:the standard credit invoice process which is unsuccessful; creating a negative PO line, rejected by the system because negative values are not allowed; using Price Adjustment Purchase , no data (no PO line is available for adjustment). From our investigation, this seems to be standard IFS behavior:Payment milestone invoices are amount-based only, not quan

Hi All,Other than Accounting Structure and Business Reporter, is there any standard, out-of-the-box functionality in IFS Cloud which can automatically generate an Income Statement and Balance Sheet at the end of each month without leaving IFS Cloud?Thank you
Hello Everyone, I open this thread, I believe this is a know issue but I did not find the answer for now. I’m in the context of E-invoicing AR invoice from IFS to middleware Azure Platform. We are configuring 25R2 SU5 environment for that matter and we have to use an API logic. So far I struggle with that issue : ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$PermanentFailureException: OAuth2 token request failed (HTTP 400): Bad request error: 400 ({"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"AADSTS90014: The required field 'scope' is missing from the credential. Hi everyone,We are encountering an issue while closing a project and would appreciate any insights.During our investigation, we found that the system did not generate the capitalization voucher for a project cost transaction. The cost voucher is from 2019 and is related to a supplier invoice that is currently in PaidPosted status. The financial year is already closed. When we attempt to close the project, the process fails with the following error.“Voucher is not in balance”After debugging, we confirmed that the expected capitalization voucher was never created by the system. Since the capitalization transaction is missing, the project closure cannot be completed.Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there a supported way to regenerate the missing capitalization voucher or any recommended workaround for closing the project when the original accounting year is already closed?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. @Furkan Zengin @Abdul
Hi, Trying to use diluted labor rate for project time transactions. As per my understanding the system is supposed to adjust the internal labour rate according to overtime reported. Reading the IFS documentation is appears incomplete, or might be subject for bugs in 25r2 or 26r1. Cause I certainly can not make it work. Anyone in the community done this? Looking for the requirements, prerequisites and last how it’s triggered and where the adjustments can see on what stage in the time filing process.. Any input is of high value! Thx & rgds, Eirik Horjen
Could anyone offer any suggestions as to why the CUPOA and second CR transactions don’t appear to be included in the Customer Analysis ageing? I’ve tried re-calculating Credit Analysis but it didn’t make any difference. Any suggestions gratefully received! ThanksLinda24.1.16
All the permissions regarding the report is set up correctly. But only for a specific user - when running the report, the details are displayed for a second and then goes blank.Tried to generate the output excel but the generated excel file contains no data.It is working for the user in test environment but not in PROD.
A customer in USA is trying to use ACH payment with Citi Bank. ISO20022 method is used in IFS Cloud 24R2.this is supported as per below post When testing payment files bank has informed that both the 'Local Instrument-code' and 'Local Instrument- Proprietary' must be present in the xml file. However, in IFS Application only one value can be used at a given time. See the below tags required. Tag 1. Local Instrument-code'<PmtTpInf> <LclInstrm> <Cd>CCD</Cd> </LclInstrm> </PmtTpInf> Tag 2 Local Instrument- Proprietary'<PmtTpInf> <SvcLvl> <Cd>NURG</Cd> </SvcLvl> <LclInstrm> <Prtry>CITI996</Prtry> </LclInstrm></PmtTpInf> Is it a known limitation or is there any other basic data that I have missed?
Hi Experts,After executing Transfer Inventory Transaction , there are multiple records inSupply Chain and Manufacturing Posting Analysis that remain in status"1 (Created)" and are not transferred. Common Characteristics of the Records:The affected records share the following attributes:Accounting ID: Negative value Posting Type: M1 (Inventory) Posting Event: ARRIVAL (Purchase Order Receipt) Posting and Transaction Source: DUMMYBased on our internal investigation, we were informed that these records may berelated to posting simulation. Q1.Could someone clarify what it means functionally when Posting IDs are negativeand used for postiong simulation in IFS? Q2.Under what conditions are such records created? Q3.Are these records expected to remain in status "Created (1)",or should they eventually be processed/cleaned up?Regards,
Hello, In the UBL, for a customer e-invoice BtoG, do you have the BT related to the service code ? We have done all the setup for BtoG but the BT service code does not appear ?Do you have the same issue ? Thanks
Need to offset one supplier invoice against a credit note. there was a value difference, where the supplier invoice value was higher by 40 than the credit invoice. Therefore, I raised another credit invoice to tally amounts. but still the system generated “ORA-20110: InstallmentUtility.PAYINSTAL30: Amount paid (33605.00) for installment 1 of Invoice 406 is bigger than open installment amount (33605.00)” error message. To test a different way, I lowered the invoice amount by doing a mix payment to tally amounts with the credit invoice, but the system generates the same error message.Any suggestions to sort out this issue?
I have created a company with “Template Company” attribute as TRUE. Some of the configuration for finance are not accepted if the Company is a template company. How do i update the company to non-template company? thanks
We are in Apps 10. I am not certain if this is a basic data or process issue. When we do a Mixed Payment from a check, the Payment Method sometimes (not always) shows as 001, 002, 003, or 004. Those payment methods are different Credit Card types. So I am not sure why it sometimes pulls that info verses chk Payment Method.
Hi, folks, Have anyone ever raised to IFS annoying limitations in functionality of external suplier invoice window?e.g. lack of calculation of tax amounts when tax code is changed (especially from deductible to non-deductible)? Or installment refresh when payment method is selected? In my opinion, such limitation were acceptable when this widow was used for migration purpose or for intercompany (MHS) case. But once world is switching to e-invoices, external invoice becomes main process, and such restrictions are really painful.Do you have any news about improvements planned in this area?
Hello, community,Can you tell us where and how to set up multiple billing addresses for a customer account in IFS Cloud (23R1) without creating multiple customers, since we’ll be billing multiple business units that share the same SIRET number?Thank you in advance for your feedback.
ScenarioMentioned below are the details of Lease Accounting ContractStart date – 8th May 2026End date – 30th June 2028Payment start date – 31st May 2026When the contract date falls in the middle of the month, they need the interest calculation to be based only on the number of days from the lease inception date up to the end of that month. Interest expense for the first period seems to be calculated for the whole month, regardless of the lease inception date. For the first month, the system is calculating interest expenses for the full month. We are currently reviewing this matter with our R&D team. During our discussions, it was noted that IFRS 16 recommends the use of the effective interest method to ensure a faithful representation of the time value of money. Based on this, it may be more accurate to consider the lease commencement date and prorate interest for the first month. However, as this behavior has not been previously reported by other customers, we would like to better un
