In the Lines table of the Customer Invoice, the Qty Invoiced field can be edited (e.g., from 100 to 80) in the Preliminary status and the field Preliminary Update Allowed is checked.However, when I try to save the data, I receive the following message.Quantity on Preliminary invoices may not be changed - reference G529808

Hello. We set up a new company by duplicating an existing company.  The new company has accounting years from 2003 to 2026. We booked a journal entry in 2025. No activity occurred before 2025.  Preliminary year end and Clear Revenue/Cost Balance were performed for 2025. But when we try to perform Final Year End below, we get an error.   It seems like it wants year end process to be performed for the previous year but there was no activity or balances booked before 2025 so there is nothing to process for year end.  I would appreciate if someone could advice on how to resolve this. 

Hello All, The two journal entries below are rollback entries related to project XXXXXX.Typically, a rollback should be executed only once; however, in this case, it appears to have been processed twice.One of these entries should therefore be deleted.Could you please confirm if there is any setup or configuration where the system is designed to create duplicate entries when a completed project is rolled back only one time?

Hi EveryoneIn IFS Cloud 24.1.5 when I use the Cash Plan future I am missing lots of transactions. I narrowed it down.Customer Order: TAX Exempt. TAX(%) = 0 => Those Customer Order Lines are not included in Cash Plan Same goes for Customer Invoices.Customer Order: TAX Exempt. TAX(%) = 0 => Those open Invoices Lines are not included in Cash PlanWhy should those Transactions be excluded in Cash Plan?Thanks,

Hello, When an E-invoice is refused (like cycle 210 - Refused), legally in France localization, it means the invoice is not valid and should be cancelled.It seems that it doesn’t affect the ability to pay the invoice. Is that a normal behaviour ? My understanding was that the invoice should be cancelled in the system and another invoice sent. Being able to pay the invoice doesn’t seem correct.  Thank you

Dear all.IFS has introduced the IFS Ai feature where it is possible to extract invoice header level information using invoice image file to load invoices automatically.I have extracted the desciption from the release notes of 25R1“To facilitate the supplier invoice data capture automation, the Azure Invoice Model is integrated with IFS Cloud to automatically extract relevant data from supplier invoices uploaded to the system. It supports various file formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.​Upon upload, the model captures key invoice details and facilitates the creation of corresponding Supplier Invoices within the application.​The extracted data includes the following fields:​Header Level – Supplier, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Invoice Recipient, PO Reference, Gross Amount, Net Amount and Tax Amount​”. Where can I find a help document which can help me configure this functionality. I have a supplier that allows us 5% discount if paid in 10 days or 2% if paid within 25 days and net due in 31 days.  I have tried setting up a payment term to calculate that but it isn’t working in my testing, either IFS functionality doesn’t support that or my setup is incorrect?

We cannot find any reason why making a manual voucher interim (reverse) is only available after approval. Why is the button not available before approval? The approver needs to know, we think? In the current flow the approver has to trust/assume another user will make the voucher interim (reverse). What do we miss?

In 25R1 environment ,I was uploading the following file with credit values through OCR -capture  supplier invoice data ,nevertheless the negative values were not been fetched and they were fetched as positive.Any one experienced this kind of situation?ThanksUdanee

Hi,I need to create a payment file in supplier payment proposal by including the invoice wise details separately in APPS10.  But currently im getting the supplier wise invoice totals. Is there a setting that I need to setup to get each invoice wise total to the payment file. Im using the payment format ISO20022.Thank You

Hello,I am trying to work out why I have 1 user who is able to authorise multiple invoices, and another who cannot.The 2 users have the same set up in the Invoice Posting Authorisers screen:However, in the Posting Proposals screen one user has the ‘Authorise/Acknowledge..’ option enabled when selecting multiple lines and the other does not.As far as I can tell, the pre-requisites from the help topic are both met.So I can’t see why there is a difference between the 2 users.Can anyone suggest if there are any other settings I might have missed? We are on Apps 10, UPD8. Many thanksSteph.

Hi There, I am looking for a solution to perform the revaluation of fixed assets as a bulk. In the real customer scenario they want to revalue 20,000 fixed assets, which is not possible to do manually one by one. Is there a possible way to perform it using external files?

We have the following scenario in a client.A sale is made from Spain to Switzerland, with the delivery address in Switzerland. However, during transport, there is a technical stop in France at the request of the Swiss customer in order to fill the containers that were sold from Spain to Switzerland.From an Intrastat reporting perspective, should the movement into France be declared? Hi community, We want to make the supplier master  data payment terms as default on our supplier invoices. I understand that we need to tick the box “Recalculate due date” on supplier message defaults. Will that only works for E-invoices or will the payment terms on the supplier master data over rule the invoice payment terms on all kind of invoices (pdf….) or do we need add separate lines with different media codes to include all kind of invoice type?

HiI am facing an issue when attempting to void a supplier check that was created in a prior period. Although the check belongs to a previous period, the system does not allow voiding it even in the current period.Could anyone please advise on possible reasons for this behavior or suggest what validations or configurations should be checked?The error face is the period is not populating based on the given Voucher date.

When in a Consolidation Master Company, I need to map the Inter-Company and Currency code parts of the Reporting Entities to the additional code parts K (Counter part One) & M (Curr Code).But when I try I get the error shown below: I get the same error on the Curr Code mapping.  IFS Help from 24R1 reads as follows:Code Part Mapping gives total flexibility in defining which accounting dimensions (code parts) that should be included in the reporting from a reporting company to a master company, as well as against which master company dimension it should be mapped.
