Mobile Application Login Issue

Hi,

I have installed Mobile Application on my office laptop after doing all the required system related prerequisites changes  like certificate installation, Enabling Developer Mode in system settings etc.
I am able to install Mobile application successfully. But while logging into mobile application I am getting below error.
Error: A116: Invalid User Name/Password pair. Please try again.
I have already checked the Person records prerequisites setting. all the required fields for Person like Employee, Mobile Users, Person to Place relations , Password Expire, Active etc. looks fine. But, still not able to login.
Please help me out resolving the Mobile application login issue.

Hi @prem,

It may be useful to see a screenshot of the person record setup for this user and the device tab on the same record.

Do any other mobile users allow login for this environment?

Please find the person record set up attached. Attachment also shows the screenshot of mobile(device) tab though it does not have any record.

I tried couple of users but getting same error.

Hi @prem,

You have the license type as NAMED rather than MOBILE. Are you able to try a user with the MOBILE type license to see if this then comes through?

Even after changing the License type to ‘MOBILE’ , I am getting same error.

Can you try to login with the ADMIN or STUDIO users ?
