When changing status in FSM Home screen the UI is not updated unless the user navigates to another screen and returns to the home screen. Steps to recreate the issue:Click on Work Status Change the Work Status from On Shift to Off Shift. UI still labeled as On Shift. Navigate to another screen and return to Home UI is now correctly set to Off Shift

FSM Mobile Initialization takes long time in FSM6 to connect
Hello All, We’re having an issue with the Launch Browser function on mobile. I’m assuming it’s to do with an Android update as this was functioning earlier in the year. Has anyone else experienced this and hopefully resolved the issue? We are using it to link to a site that takes credit card payments.I’ve tested the function by creating a new button that links to https://www.google.com just to make sure it’s nothing to do with our URL. The button does nothing. No error or attempt to open anything. It does link out to google properly when tested on the smart client script editor so I’m fairly certain that everything on the FSM side is correct. We use Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 devices on Android 13. Let me know if you need any more details about our mobile devices Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
Hi Is there a way of limiting the records that I pulled back for the overdue commitment screen. This is normally accessible from the link at the bottom of the home screen. It is just that we have noticed that there has cancelled jobs in the listI’m guessing that there is a where clause script somewhere. Quite urgent as the client is chasing this thanks David
I have users that sometimes gets the attached error message (“lookupCache Resource not Found”) when signing in to Smart Client using SSO. It usually occurs on first login for the day and it works after several retries. Does anyone have some suggestions on how we might solve this or what to look for in the logs?

Hi, just reaching out to see if anyone has any experience re migrating FSM/PSO from an Oracle database to MS SQL Many thanks.
This is a great change, see here: https://docs.ifs.com/pso/user-guide/
As communicated by Apple, the Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) will cease to exist and it is replaced by Apple Business Manager (ABM).As a result of the above, customers using mobile applications from IFS distributed previously through VPP need to change their distribution method to use an ABM account instead for receiving IFS apps All customers who have VPP accounts should be aware of that they need to move to ABM. Apple changed the links to redirect them to the new program, and new links are required to get to the VPP program: https://vpp.itunes.apple.com/ . Once there, customers are reminded to update to Apple Business Manager. Once they have enrolled in ABM, they create a Location for each VPP account and invite the VPP Purchaser. All apps should continue to operate without issue The IFS/Partner App Manager needs to make sure to add the Organization ID to Pricing and Availability when sending the new app version to the customer . (customers can only have the Organization ID
What would cause a time clock to duplicate its output? We currently have two timeclocks to create non part usage lines, one for travel time and one for labor. However it seems like in some situations a duplicate labor line is created TravelStart - Enroute, End - In processLabour Start - In process, End - Wrap up Has anyone seen something similar? What is causing the ‘resume’ entry and is it related?
We have an issue with inbound messages failing due to bad timing. We need to set an automatic retry on a failed inbound message just as the Outbound, but I am not finding that config setting.
