Is there any functionality in Service that looks at Operational Status? Is Operational Status intended for WO Maintenance only? The documentation isn’t clear. In the screenshot below, our Part Serial is set to ‘Not Applicable’, yet the condition is ‘Operational’

Hello Community,We are currently working with IFS Cloud 24R2 and are trying to configure a navigation URL for a lobby element. Specifically, we would like to pass multiple values (an array of values) to a page parameter. Our current use case involves navigating to the following URL:page/SvcschScheduledWorkTasks/List?$filter= startswith(tolower(ResourceId),$[Employee ID])This works fine when passing a single value for the Employee ID parameter. However, we need to pass multiple values (an array of Employee IDs) and are looking for a way to achieve this within the navigation URL.Is there a supported way in IFS Cloud to pass multiple values for the same parameter in such scenarios? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

We are experiencing some issues with status synchronization between PSO and FSM. ISSUE 1 and 2: TASK CREATION with or without fixed_commitmentAn activity is created (XML), with or without fixed_commitment flag; In FSM, the task status is Open; PSO automatically allocates the activity; In FSM, the task status changes to Unassigned (with fixed_commitment) or remains Open (without fixed_commitment); In FSM, the schedule_status in the TASK table is 0. In FSM, the update in the DSE_ALLOCATION table takes a while (sometimes minutes, sometimes hours); The activity is manually committed in PSO; In FSM, the task status remains Unassigned (with fixed_commitment) or changes to Unassigned (without fixed_commitment); In FSM, the schedule_status in the TASK table is still 0. After some minutes, the activity in PSO automatically reverts to Allocated (overriding the manual Committed status). TASK CREATION and FIXED_RESOURCE IN PSOIf the resource is fixed in PSO (fixed_resource), the behaviour chang

After upgrade some users cannot complete the steps for New Service Request and receive get an error message that they don't have sufficient privileges. The trace log indicates that the error is 403 and /main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/CreateServiceRequestHandling.svc/GetFirstTaskSeq(WoNoIn=36040)I haven't been able to find the projection that GetFirstTaskSeq actually requires to work. Thanks in advance for any pointers.
This is a great change, see here: https://docs.ifs.com/pso/user-guide/
!--startfragment>Issue Observed on work tasks:While assigning work, the Allocations / Direct Allocations section did not show the full list of resources. The “Apply Constraints” toggle was disabled to check if it affected visibility. Even after disabling it, resources from other resource groups were still not displayed.!--endfragment> Under Allocations Tab:In 24R1 Release: I was able to see all resources list under the allocations tab upon disabling the ‘Apply Constraints’ button. Whereas, in 25R1 version, even after disabling the toggle button, only the resources listed under the specific resource group/demand were displayed.Under the Direct Allocations tab:The resource list is empty. Not even a single resource id was displayed. So, currently, i cannot assign any specific resources to the work tasks and unable to transfer them to MWO.Has anyone else run into the same behavior or noticed similar missing resources?!--endfragment>!--startfragment>!--startfragment>Any guid
Hi everyone, have you ever encountered a scenario where a mobile warehouse (a physical van/truck), managed in IFS as a Remote Warehouse, is temporarily moved from one site to another? How did you manage that situation? In my case, I have:one company two sites two central warehouses (one per site) multiple vans, each modeled in IFS as Remote Warehouses (mobile stock physically on trucks)Service requests are opened for specific service organizations, which procure materials from a given site. However, vans may move between sites. This creates an issue:the demand on the task is linked to Site A, but the van (i.e. the mobile/remote warehouse physically carrying the stock) is currently operating under Site B.In addition, the technician is driving the van and executes the work using the IFS mobile app, consuming materials directly from the VAN (Remote Warehouse). This raises two key questions:how should material reservation be managed in this cross-site scenario? how should execution/consumption

Hello dear readers, users of Astea. We have a query around behaviour of version 15.1. Have you seen/experienced the same? we have an active contract with a contract line (installed item) that has PM cycle and it has 3 visits per year, every 4 months we have created a quotation for the same installed item, including a change to the PM cycle to have 2 visits per year, every 6 months the issue we see is that, even before the quote is activated, the 3rd visit on the existing contract is removedregards,Bart van den Hurk / ASSA ABLOY
Has anyone here developed iOS apps that support zoom function or larger text sizes? When I increase the text size on the FSM Mobile iOS app, then I cannot scroll down to the bottom text field (task_text.text). Any suggestions? Thanks!
I am trying to preview an attachment (word, doc, or pdf) in a view controller. When a place attachment is selected, PlaceAttachment_ViewController should be called and display/preview the selected place attachment. This is working on iPhone 11 and 13 but not iPhone 7 or 8, running iOS 15.5. I have tried using the following approaches to preview an attachment file: QLPreviewController, UIDocumentInteractionController, and UIWebView. Here is sample code that I used for each of those: QLPreviewController: QLPreviewController* ql = [QLPreviewController new];ql.dataSource = self;ql.delegate = self; // [self.navigationController pushViewController:ql animated:TRUE];ql.currentPreviewItemIndex = 0; [self presentViewController:ql animated:NO completion:nil]; - (BOOL)previewController:(QLPreviewController *)controller shouldOpenURL:(NSURL *)url forPreviewItem:(id <QLPreviewItem>)item { return YES;} - (NSInteger) numberOfPreviewItemsInPreviewController: (QLPreviewController

Hi Experts,I was wondering if there is a way to manage standard tasks revisions in NGSM solution. As of at 25R2 and 26R1 I was unable to find any as such. In previous work order solution, task templates have this capability. This is a very crucial business requirement whoever using standard tasks in their business as updating any changes on revisions in all over the system manually is a tedious task, unless a quite complex CRIM is build.Any workarounds or plans to get this functionality into the core pls ?Thank you,Roshan
