Is it possible in a drop-down field to show the multiple selected values instead the multiple word?
If it is possible, how can I do this?

Multi-select combo boxes are available in the web client if the underlying field supports multiple values. Search terms for example can be multiply selected then searched with terms separated by the pipe character. What is the use case you are looking to support?
