A116 errors for Mobile App

I cant access IFS account on Mobile  i get A116 errors “Invalid user name and password pair ,pls try again   but when using webpage in my laptop i can access successfully

Hi Jafar,

can you please check if your person record has the “Mobile User” flag cheked on the “Details”-tab on Person-Screen?

Yes all have Mobile flag checked and i  face this issue for some user only not all

That’s strange! If it would happen for all Mobile Users I would expect there is an issue with the IFS_Mobile and/or METRIX User.

Which version of FSM are your running? Do you have SSO in use for some of the Users?

Not with all only some users

Please check, if the FSM password for those SSO users are not expired as you still need it although using SSO.
