In 2021, IFS launched 3 new models for customers to engage with IFS, providing choice for every customer around the level of proactivity and extent of engagement required for them to achieve success with IFS.
During this presentation we will provide an introduction to the 3 engagement models - Enabled Success, Guided Success and Tailored Success - and explain how each of these are designed to help customers realize value through the lifecycle dependent on their specific needs.
