Hello everyone,I have a customer who is looking to implement Segtico Certificate to ensure that our auto-generated transactional emails (sent from no-reply@xxxxxx.com) are signed for authenticity using S/MIME.Could anyone point me to resources or documentation on how to integrate signing certificates into our email system? Specifically, we’re interested in best practices for setting this up with automated email workflows.Many thanks in advance!/ashley

When checking out an excelm file from doc revision using the ‘Edit Document’ button, Excel opens but the file does not. The doc is successfully checked out, the revision is downloaded and is visible in the user’s download location and can also be opened from there. As a result of the file not opening, the document cannot be revised / updated. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow excelm files to open when downloading? We are on 24R1 SU12

Hello, we are now testing IFS Cloud application that is directly connected with TACTON configurator. My question here is:  If I send some documents from TACTON (for instance the contract for the customer order) to IFS, is the visibility already limited by the company? Example (I have 3 companies - X, Y, Z):If “Z” places the customer order, do also employees from X and Y have access or not?  If so, it should be enough to have just one limitation (for people amending the contracts) But if not, I would need different access for different company and then for the group of employees, right? Can you please advise? Thank you,Best RegardsPetra Kuchyňková

If the source document has a connected electronic document file, that electronic file is copied to the new revision. The Copy Original Document button copies the following data to the new document revision:Where does the user have the option to “copy those documents and add them to the new package as new document titles and revisions”? Where is this Copy Original Document button?

Hello, I am attempting to create a SSRS report that will query attachments (document revisions) connected to a Lot/Batch, and then add those attachments to the report. For example, search for a specific Lot/Batch number, find the attachment connected to it, and then attach that PDF to the results of the report. Is there an existing API that would support this process?

 HiWe've managed to retrieve data directly from the document view. If the document is connected to a client, I need data from that client, such as their name. Hello, we have an intercompany issue… where I have a Slovak customer order that is divided into several items within package part structure and afterwards, these package part structures are transffered onto the internal customer order. I can transfer the documents onto the package part structures but I cannot transfer already transffered documents, correct? Any solution? Does anybody has already BPA solving this by any chance?  Thank you,Best RegardsPetaKu

Cloud 24.2.2From the attachments panel on an object (e.g., NCR) I have a user that is able to edit a document revision; the Edit icon is visible.After check-out, the check-in icon and the check-in command are not visible, so the user cannot perform a check-in at the Attachments panel. The user can navigate to the Document Revision and perform the check-in there.Any ideas on what might be causing this as it appears all the other relevant icons/commands are available?

In 25R1, has anyone used the Document Macros functionality to extract a media image from an object in IFS and insert it into a Word document? I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on whether this is feasible.  

Hello everyone, and happy 2026 :)I have a question about GED. Would it be possible for a customer to sign a document on a tablet and have that signature attached to the order in question? For example, in the service area, we could envisage an intervention followed by a signature from the customer. 

From what I have read, when a Document Structure is Released with Released Documents in the Consists of Tab, the Structure Documents are Locked.  To Revise a document in the Consists of tab and Replace the previous Revision, the Parent Document Revision needs to be Revised.    When creating a New Revision, there is a statement saying You cannot replace a revision on a parent that is Released or Approved.  There is a statement saying You can always replace the revision later (manually) if you change your mind.  Is this statement in regard to the previous statement regarding replacing a revision on a Parent that is Released or Approved?Once the new subdocument is Released, On the Parent Document, on the Consists of Tab, there is an option to Replace Revision and you can replace a sub document on a Released Revision.  

Hi,We have recently cloned the PROD to UAT. Now I am using the Aurena Agent for Excel attachments in UAT. Attachment, Creation of file work correctly however, When I refresh the file, I get the data from PROD rather than UAT, How should I fix this, I believe there is something to change in UAT
