Hi, I feel silly asking this, but how do you ‘inactivate’ a customer record in IFS Apps 10? I don’t see any kind of “Status” field on the “Customer” screens and I just got a request from Sales to remove a (former) customer from the system! Sales no longer wants to see this customer on reports, distribution lists, in mobile or in Aurena...essentially need to lock/hide this record (can’t delete since child records exist).
