IFS 8 Exe Config File and Its Related FilesHi All, currently I have the IFS 8 Exe Config File and Its Related Files, which we are using it to run a batch file job for the migration tasks in IFS 8 however we are migrating over to IFS 10 and thinking about doing the same for IFS 10, does anyone have any idea how do I obtain these same files for IFS 10 ? 

Hello,In migration Job, I would like to create a quick excel migration to modify a value of the field Tax_Liability in the LU Customer_Delivery_Tax_Info.But impossible tu update this field, excel add in refuse to let me modify this value. “Access denied. User SFAUR is not allowed to add/edit/delete users in the company”I tried with IFSAPP but same result… What is the option to grant me the right to update this kind of field !?

Hello, I want to insert new part_no in view ENG_PART_REVISION through excel data migration, but it retrieves error: ORA-20111: EngPartMaster.FND_RECORD_NOT_EXIST: The Engineering Part Master does not exist.  How can I solve it?

Hello, We are using Apps 10, UPD13. We have sales parts in SITE1 (approx. 500K) and are trying to create the same sales parts in SIT99 using the script below but are getting an error message that the part already exists. Hi,Our requirement is to add products to a contract so that we can schedule regular and ad-hoc servicing of the products.We have imported Request Contracts and Equipment Objects but would like advice on how to import Contract Lines to link the Equipment Objects to the Request Contracts. It looks like we need to import to psc_product_service_item and psc_contr_product but I feel that there is more to it than this.Any help much appreciated.

I created a mapping to mass import serial objects with an Excel file, I managed to get all the desired fields working except for a "Belongs to Object ID" and I don't understand why this field doesn't start working. update when I insert a new serial object. I modified the "Flags" several times but it didn't change anything. *I specify that this field contains a list of objects already existing in the database Thank’s

Hi, I’m migration Parts with Serial Nos into Inventory Part in Stock table in IFS using Data Migration Job. But my Part & Serial Nos are not reflecting in Part Serial screen. But if I create them manually, they reflect in Part Serial screen. How can see them in Part Serial screen using Migration Job?

Hello, while creating a new migration job with custom fields, I have this error come up:ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("IFSAPP"."PART_CATALOG_CFT"."ROWKEY")I am seeing if anyone can help me troubleshoot. I cannot see any reference to “PART_CATALOG_CFT”…

Dear All, we want to use the Excel Addin as Transport Tool to Create or Update Customer Order / Sales Quotation Lines. Now when we use the Excel Add In we have to do the following Steps:1.Open Excel 2 .Open Excel Addin and Login 3. Choose the Migration Job 4. A Popup Window if we want to Load in Same Sheet or in a new SheetWith these 4 Steps we have then the data entry Colums and van work with Search, Validation an Execution.We want to get rid of the Steps 3 and 4. Furthermore we want to Save an Excel with the alrady loaded Data Entry Colums and already Choosen Data Migration Job.  Has anybody an idea if it it possible to do so? As an Alternative we would like to Automate the steps.Any Ideas? Thanks Stefan

I am working with the Smart Data Manager and I receive the following error when I try and add the COMPANY_INVOICE_INFO Target Table to the Project’s Basic Data Migration object:  If the Image doesn’t come through it says Target COMPANY_INVOICE_INFO cannot be added to the Basic Data Container.  I haven’t had any issues with other tables so far, so I am trying to see if anyone has come across this before.  I do have a ticket open with support, but I thought the nice people here might have some ideas too!  :) Thanks!Jay

Good morning everyone, I post this topic cause after many hours of research I can’t find a solution about using an API.Here is my problem :  I have to build an flow for make an insertion of data in IFS DB.I did it on the application and use the debug window for see what kind of API is called. After analyse, I see this :   I understood the parameters are checked in the FndTempsLobs API which is genering a LobID and this LobID is the payload of the PickSelected API. My question is : How can I give the inforamtion PICK_LIST_NO, SOURCE_REF1, QTY_TO_PICK, etc… to the FndTempsLobs API ? The documentation

I'd like to know how to register new customer order headers and line items in the same migration job.I have tried this and confirmed that adding CUSTOMER_ORDER and CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE to the "Method List" tab allows me to update them all at once. However, when I try to insert both the header and line items, I get the error "DEVELOPER_ERROR_03: Most likely a usage definition is wrongly defined for LU: [CustomerOrder] in table RM_ACC_USAGE_TAB, internal exception: [Ex_Get_Id]."  

I want to know how to get the Sales Price List by API. When registering a Customer Orders in the migration job, I want to use the API to retrieve the sales price from the sales price list. Because the migration job does not appear to be referencing the sales price list.

Hi,In APPS10, we’re getting this error when trying to perform an inventory movement. Upon checking the inventory location, it appears that it’s because Bay Route Order, Row Route Order and Tier Route Order are NULL.This is odd as the location’s Bay ID, Row ID and Tier ID are populated so I would expect the route orders to have the same value.Bay ID, Row ID, Tier IDBay Route Order, Row Route Order, Tier Route OrderI’m not able to use a migration job to populate these fields as they’re not stored values. Hi All,“Copy Part” screen seems to only allow us to copy one part at a time, is there a way to bulk copy this? They can’t use migration jobs.Does anyone have scripts handy or a tweak for this? I rather not write it from scratch as there is very limited time for this.
