Data Migration

Has anyone seen this error message when loading or validating data for jobs with the Excel addin?  Last week we could load data the COA to the worksheet without error.  This week we are getting the above error for any of the migration jobs.  Office365Aurena

Hello All,I have a simple question.Is it possible to copy bookmarks for one IFS Cloud user and paste them across all the user profiles for a client? i want to create a migration job  using a method  ,that method name define two times in a package.ex, Create_Purchase_Order  method define in Purchase_Order_Api , one has 6 parameter and other one has more than 6 parameters .I'm using the method with 6 parameters, but when i try to execute the migration job getting following errors, any idea how to use these type of method in migration jobs?attached images.

I have created a custom logical unit / custom page to add to the Supplier screen as a custom tab.  Is there an easy way to use the data migration tool (DMT) to populate the underlying custom table?  I’ve seen instructions on setting up the DMT to handle custom fields on a standard IFS screen, but this situation is a little different, in my mind, because it isn’t and extension of a standard method.

I am using IFS Apps 9 and would like to know if there is a way to mass import media items (images) in a folder and then associate them with inventory parts.  The images are named by the inventory part number.Could this be a data migration job…?Anyone done this type of import before, or similar?Any help would be appreciated.

IFS 8 Exe Config File and Its Related FilesHi All, currently I have the IFS 8 Exe Config File and Its Related Files, which we are using it to run a batch file job for the migration tasks in IFS 8 however we are migrating over to IFS 10 and thinking about doing the same for IFS 10, does anyone have any idea how do I obtain these same files for IFS 10 ? 

Hello,I’ve created a Migration job for importing new service resources in Cloud. By baseline, while creating a New Service Resource, it automatically creates a Maintenance Employee record and assigns it to the Service Resource created.But while creating a Migration job, the Maintenance Employee record is not created. Also the Resource Connection with the Company and Site are not setup properly.Below is the Method List used to create Service Resources and Connections. What could be the possible reasons? Hello, while creating a new migration job with custom fields, I have this error come up:ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("IFSAPP"."PART_CATALOG_CFT"."ROWKEY")I am seeing if anyone can help me troubleshoot. I cannot see any reference to “PART_CATALOG_CFT”… 

Apps 10 update 12:I am trying to load some new Inventory Locations.  The migration job is pretty straight forward, see below.When I try and execute, the first row is successful but second and subsequent rows fail.  The error is:Insert into WAREHOUSE_BAY_BIN_TAB failed - ORA-20112: WarehouseBayBin.FND_RECORD_EXIST: The Warehouse Bay Bin already exists. (Error caused by line: 3)It appears that there is a LOCATION_SEQUENCE which retrieves from a sequence (if the field is empty in the attribute string).  Looking at the output of the failures, it is trying to use the same LOCATION_SEQUENCE value for each record.  Anybody have any ideas or have been successful in data migrating inventory locations?Thanks in advance,Dom

Hi,I have created a simple excel migration job to create customers and address information. In here, am passing the customer id to the second method as below. When i run the job, i am always getting an error :(Without the second method, if i only run the method to create customers it works fine - which means customer gets created without an issue) Is there is anything am missing here? Environment - 22R1 Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

Hello, We are using Apps 10, UPD13. We have sales parts in SITE1 (approx. 500K) and are trying to create the same sales parts in SIT99 using the script below but are getting an error message that the part already exists.  I am creating an Excel Migration job that will set hundreds of Requisition Authorisation Rules to ‘Planned’.This is very much like the topic I raised and got a very good answer that worked well: Excel Migration - Delete User Sites | IFS Community. On this occasion the same principles are not working for me.Here is the job...For the Action on Seq 10 I have toggled InLoop and NoExecution.For Seq 20, I set these attributes…My source mapping looks like this - I allowed the default Source Columns and assume I don’t need to do anything with the first 4 Method columns…Having tried many variations, the latest result is set to null upon execution…In the debug Trace, I see this error…It looks like it is trying to grab every column and insert the values into the Attr_ variable.I’m out of ideas now

I am trying to migrate Project activities. using Insert or Update procedure in migration job. I am getting this error: INFOError ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows when executing BEGIN SELECT objid, objversion INTO :objid, :objversion from ACTIVITY; End;  Is this a bug?

I tried to create a migration job to update the values in the supplier view.I added this API method “IDENTITY_INVOICE_INFO_API.Modify__” and ran the job.I don't see any changes.Is there any recommendation on how to proceed?

Hi,Our requirement is to add products to a contract so that we can schedule regular and ad-hoc servicing of the products.We have imported Request Contracts and Equipment Objects but would like advice on how to import Contract Lines to link the Equipment Objects to the Request Contracts. It looks like we need to import to psc_product_service_item and psc_contr_product but I feel that there is more to it than this.Any help much appreciated.

Hi,I’m using a Migration Job to import some Customer Orders.  When Customer Orders are created in Aurena we have a custom action in place that creates a new Financial Project, and connects the new Customer Order to the Financial Project.  I can see this running in the Log Window, which shows that the action name is “Cf_CreateConnectFinancialProject” and the Projection is “CustomerOrderHandling”: I can confirm that this Projection>Action exists by looking at the Projection in Enterprise Explorer: What I’m stuck on is how I call this action from my Migration Job, as it claims the method doesn’t exist:I’m familiar with how to call APIs but not Projection Actions.  Can anyone help please?We’re running APPS 10 Release 25.
