HI,I’m trying to update PURCHASE_PART_SUPPLIER.LIST_PRICE with a migration job. Is there a defined location where we can get the Project Template files for Data Migration Manager for the latest release?  The training says it is recommended to use them, but as Partners I cant see where we would get them from.There is a topic where someone has kindly shared the files for 22r1 But this is now out of date as 23r1 has been released.It would be preferred if these template files were made available in a known place for Partners so we can use them in our Customer Projects.In the meantime, can anyone share the 23r1 Project Template?Gareth

I have a Migration Job that uses the Excel Add-In and some of the custom fields are linked to views/tables, so I understand that the “_DB” value will be that of the OBJKEY/ROWKEY.  What I don’t understand is why I am receiving an integrity constraint error for NULL entries of the “_DB” columns.  one of my errors: “integrity constraint (IFSAPP.BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY5_CRK) violated - parent key not found”how can one prevent this for NULL values for non-mandatory custom fields? Sincerely,Vince K.

I'd like to wish you all a very happy new year. I'm creating migration jobs for customer orders where I'd like them to retrieve as much information as possible automatically. At the moment, I only have 3 mandatory pieces of information to enter.   I'd like the order number to be entered automatically, based on the last existing order number. Is this possible? Where do I enter it? For the example, my last order number is "S23000005957".I'd like the order number to be automatically set to "S23000005958" when I run my job, and for the countdown to take place naturally. If I manually recreate an order, my number should be "S23000005959".

We’re trying to get the migration done and we have an structure like this as a CSV:CSV - source fileAfter we finish the first job which is the creation of the table with this data, there’s no error. Hi .. I was trying to set-up new migration job to update CUSTOMER_INFO_ADDRESS View for changes in address and postcode values. This supposed to update around 17000+ records so i choose to use Procedure “INSERT_OR_UPDATE” from csv file.As soon as i run the job i am getting below error. I did investigated further into this and noticed actual issue is - Address column value holds multiple comma seperators, which seems to be root cause of this. My data migration job keeps hanging when ran without CHECKOPTION. It eventually errors with the following message: Error occurred while calling  ../main/admin/plsqlgateway/AccessPlsql/Invoke?frmIntfaceStart. Please contact your system administrator. Hi,I have created a simple excel migration job to create customers and address information. In here, am passing the customer id to the second method as below. When i run the job, i am always getting an error :(Without the second method, if i only run the method to create customers it works fine - which means customer gets created without an issue) Is there is anything am missing here? Environment - 22R1 Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

I will create and assign 19 end users an excel migration job that allows them to import purchase requisition lines into IFS from Excel.We have only 1 license for data migration excel add-on in our IFS 10 UPD 12. If I understand correctly, the end users who assigned to run a excel migration job don't need a license. We just need to grant them the permission set "FNDMIG_EXCEL_ADDIN" to run the add-in after they install the Add-on. Please advise if I am missing something.

Hi,We have a requirement to create Functional Objects via Migration Job.  The job should also insert Belongs to Object and Contract.In Cloud, while creating Migration Job (tried with Excel and Migrate Source Data) on EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL, the columns SUP_MCH_CODE (Belongs to Object) and SUP_CONTRACT (Belongs to Site) not at all visible in Column mapping.We tried using modify Method to update these columns, but still it is not updating and Migration Job ending with an error as belowAPI Methods used: EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_PARTY_API.Modify__ Also used this method, EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL_API.MODIFY__ , but in both cases it ended with same errorError:ORA-06550: line 1, column 43:PLS-00225: subprogram or cursor 'MODIFY__' reference is out of scopeAny thoughts or idea really helpful on thisThanks,Nishith

Whats the different between P and K field flags in a migration job?I thought P stood for Primary key?

We’re getting this error when updating a custom field in Customer_Info_Cfv created/added at data migration.It’s a simple update with just the CustomerNo and the new custom field, MS Set.Any ideas what to correct?

Hello, I have run into a rather interesting challenge I can’t seem to solve.I create a Migration Job for the Excel addin, its purpose is mass change shop order dates.The Source Mapping was auto generated via the default settings on the migration job.When I Open the Migration Job in Excel and use the search and try to search with a date field, the search does not convert the query into the appropriate date logic. I am trying to do a CSV integration export in which when opened in Notepad ++, it doesn’t have leading quotes (“). I am trying to send this file every week to a customer via EDI for billing and the testing keeps failing because of this.Attached is the integration I am testing and the file with the issue.

Hello, I have a VPN to the IFS cloud. Now I have noticed that the Select does not show any data on many VIEWS, although data is available there according to the IFS quick report.CUSTOMER_INFO: works fine PURCHASE_ORDER: no Data In IFS-Quickreport i can select all Purchase Orders ! Is there a reason and solution so that I can see data from all VIEWS that I select via Qracle SQL Developer and not just the column names?I have already written the IFSAPP in front of the VIEW names.Thanks for your helpGreetingsMarkus

Hi All,I am trying to do export of IFS database from oracle source server to destination server using oracle user ‘SYSTEM’. I see the export import completed fine. But while starting the application the background_jobs is not running and looks like it is trying to run these jobs with ‘SYSTEM’ user which was used for importing the database. I am getting below error can you please suggest anyone faced this? do I need to impersonate ‘SYSTEM’ user? Hi,I’ve used Excel Data Migration Tool before. But now I got this problem that when I try Validate or Execute, Excel-Add-In reads everything to the first column. I have a simple example with 2 columns A and B. But Excel-Add-In reads both column A and B to the first column. So the value for column A is getting to long and the value for column B is left empty.Is there some configuration for this. Thankful for ideas.BR,Patric
