Hello Community,I'm facing an issue with the Data Migration Manager. Whenever I deploy records that include dates, the time is being interpreted as 12:00 PM instead of 12:00 AM, which leads to a "resource not found" error.For example: 1/1/2000 12:00 PM is being used, but it should be 1/1/2000 12:00 AM.I've tried modifying the date format in the legacy file, but that hasn't resolved the issue.Thank you for your support.

Hi, I am currently looking to understand how IFS loads data into the system incrementally during data migration. You have to think about IFS as a whole system not just a strict set of components. For the TEST-A-REST data sampling, the data can be pushed into a QA cloud environment which has inspired this question. Is is possible to determine a load order from the IFS oracle tables which must adhere to table constraints and foreign key understanding. I understand that generally; CustomerSuppliersParts  Have to be loaded into the system before orders can be migrated in to avoid cascade errors. Is it possible to understand a loading order for IFS oracle table names based on the above information?? I need a full list of IFS oracle tables in the correct order which will allow data to be loaded without any cascading errors occuring.

I have installed IFS Excel Add-in on my computer, I connect this to the cloud environment that I work with.I then update a record on table “Account Group” and when I go in to IFS, the record has not been updated. Intead a translation has been added for the line.I will add some images so that you can see:I planned to update the line 200, the translation for this line looks like this:No translation added.I then update the value in Excel:The value becomes updated in IFS:

In IFS Apps10 update 9 a migration job is working in update the same job doesn’t work anymore.No error message and result info mentions executed succesfully.The migration job is a job using an api procedure.the used procedure is PICK_CUSTOMER_ORDER_API.Report_Reserved_As_Picked__ Any idea?

I am trying to run a migration job to import a large number of test points and parameters on functional objects. I am experiencing the below issue Parameters: When my migration job (EQUIP_OBJ_PARAM), it updates the Parameter for the Default testpoint not my newly created Testpoint. Anyone had a similar issue or has a solution in IFS Cloud?  I ran migration job for Hours but the system generate and associates the parameter that is created in migration job to the test point id * Default Testpoint (there is no such parameter template). Hello,I would need to pass OUT attribute from procedure as input for Insert to view.Situation:First method in Method list - C_COPY_SOURCE_ORDER_UTIL_API.Execute_Copy_Source_Order - there is one OUT attribute - in procedure statement it is like:...   C_COPY_SOURCE_ORDER_UTIL_API.EXECUTE_COPY_SOURCE_ORDER(      ifs_order_id_,      new_ifs_order_id_);   --   Client_SYS.Add_To_Attr('NEW_IFS_ORDER_ID_',new_ifs_order_id_,attr_);…I need to pass NEW_IFS_ORDER_ID_ attribute (ID of record created by procedure) as input attribute for “New” (Insert) to view in second row of Method list (this is not related view with procedure in first step - I need only store that ID there).I tried to find some help in documentation, but I was not successful.Could anyone help? Thanks. 

Hi Acquisition value was done with process import even this was a new asset. There is a acquisition value but when running the depreciation proposal there is no value. Can we cancel this import?

The customer has lots of data in some tables - mostly quality assurance related, traceability - and keeps only last 3 months of data in the main tables.They have already setup archiving which works okay, except it started to get too slow mainly because it takes the rows in the head table one by one.As it does not put a big load on the storage we tried find some option to do it parallel, meaning several archiving jobs (orders) could run for these tables with different filters at the same time.But we found that the jobs are executed one after another:Is there a way to make them run parallel? 

I have been doing these migrations for some time now and never have had an issue where I get no information to migrate.  I am getting not 1 record going into IFS and I just get Not Processed.  Can someone lead me to where I can understand why none of these MTK_SUPPLIER_COMPANY_TAB records are not being migrated.  

Need to know if anybody load actual hours on project? I am using the voucher entry load for historical information but what can be use to impact the used/actual hours as well?

hiI am looking for some ways how I can create service contracts easily in IFS without manually creating them.I can get service contract on paper( could be hand written) or I can get in excel.  This is kind of urgent. as we have lot of service contract to be created I am trying to see my ways . Appreciate any help/

Hi,We need to import Recurring Services using DMM. I’ve imported into recurring_service_program, recurring_service_scope and recurring_service_trigger. But in the Recurring Service Program screen, there is no data in the Scope tab and in the Item Information section of the General tab the Location is populated but the Model, Object and Object Site fields are empty. I can create Recurring Services from the front end and then data in the Scope tab is populated so it looks like I’m missing something with the migration. Are there more tables that I need to include to link the Object to the Recurring Service?All help appreciated. 

Has any operators out there transferred an aircraft to another company and then tried to add it back to your fleet using the loader sheets and run into problems. I’m trying to insert new Equipment Objects (View Name: Equipment_Object) which have three object levels — Operation, Area, and Local Area. All of these represent functional objects.For linking purposes, I’m assigning the fields Sup_Contract and Sup_Mch_Code with the parent’s contract and machine code values. Hi Community,We are currently facing a challenge with our Build environment, which gets reset or vanishes after a certain time frame. As a result, we have to manually reconfigure key master data such as Company, Site, Supplier, and Customer each time.This manual setup is quite time-consuming and repetitive. We do have another environment with the required data already in place, and we are exploring possibilities to move or copy that data into the Build environment.Could you please advise if there is an easier or recommended method to achieve this data transfer efficiently?IFS Version- Cloud 24R1Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello, Trying to implement a user available excel migration file and have to solve two problems to make it useable.  problem 1) Want to make one of the columns a drop down with 5 to 6 options for ease of input and formatting. Other values could be manually input but the drop down would contain the most frequently used values. Would prefer to do this using Client Values and not DB values. In this example it would be the Work Task Template ID  - Description - Rev. Problem 2) This specific migration container is to a custom page and the primary values are Contract and Line No. The issue is that the migration file is asking for line DB value and the user will not have access to that information since its not viewable in the client. There is an API call to the OBJKEY on that table which is the DB value for the Line Number. Trying to determine how to have the file fetch the DB value after the user specifies the client value.  I’ve scoured document

Can someone point me to the location of the 24R2 Data Migration Manager Project Template file?

Does anyone face issues with part numbers longer than 25 characters (IATA/ATA S2000)? Version is 23R1 or after, cloud setup. While using ATA Spec 2000, the part-number field should be kept as concise as possible. While there is no strict character limit, it’s essential to avoid unnecessary complexity. Unfortunately, in IFS the part # field is limited to 25 characters. Are there any work arounds anyone used to overcome this limitation?

Is there anyone here that uses IFS and connects it to Salesforce? I have so many questions about this integration and why certain fields don’t map as expected. We are using the Address Type in IFS to map to certain fields in Salesforce based on the Default Address value, but certain records aren’t getting updated as they should. I did notice that some records in Salesforce don't have the document address populated if the Latitude and Longitude in Salesforce doesn’t match IFS but that doesn’t seem to be consistent enough to me. Thoughts on this anyone?

Hi, We’re currently about to go live and we have a number of open orders that have been configured from on legacy system which needs to be migrated over to IFS. We have created migration jobs for customer order header & customer order lines.We’re yet to create a migration job for the configuration as we’re not sure if it’s possible to migrate configuration ID’s with configuration spec values into IFS or if this has to be manually.Has anyone come across this before and how did they get around it?  

Hello,We are seeing very slow data migration speeds when migrating Customer Info Address records. It is taking in excess of 10 seconds per address to migrate. At first, it appeared the deduplication process was the bottleneck, however even after disabling it according to this post we are still seeing slow migration speeds.Is this a known issue? We are running Apps 10 UPD 13.Thanks

I have set the file type for 2 views (Header & Line) Material requisition ( MATERIAL_REQUISITION  & MATERIAL_REQUIS_LINE ) but row status unpacked.any suggestion from anyone. how to solve this issue. Please see the steps of data setting after transaction screenshot.
