Hi,Does anybody have knowledge how it is possible to get adjust batch size function done during migration of recipe structure lines? It looks like it is not done during setting structure buildable. Is there an own migration job/script for that or should it be part of migration of each recipe structure line?Best regards,Kirsi  

For IFS Cloud 23R2, after installing the Add-In from the manifest file for the Excel Migration, the user gets error 400 - Bad Request when the Login button is pressed. Some users can login at times and other times it is not possible.

We are using the Migration Toolkit (mtk tables) to migrate from a legacy system to IFS Cloud. All is going well except for the material value of components issued to shop orders. For a given component, it can be issued to multiple shop orders at different values. The mtk lot serial table and the mtk material tables have fields for inventory value but what we put in these fields is ignored. Regardless of what we do, components are issued to the shop order using the inventory value on the inv part. Does someone have a process for migrating wip value when the component’s value can be different on different shop orders.

Hello, In view ENG_PART_MASTER_MAIN I have column description and I want to create excel data migration, but in this excel data migration i cannot see this column Description, why? I want to add some items with part_no and description. In IFS I added this column but I still cannot see Description in excel.  Thanks

Hello,A repopulate can be accomplished by calling the DataSourcePopulate method on a window or a child table. Doing this on a form window will repopulate the window, and add newly created records and remove deleted records from the record selector. For table windows and child tables new records will be added and deleted records will be removed from the table.Forms can be refreshed by calling the DataSourceRefresh method. This will re-fetch only the record currently selected in the record selector, with its objid. DataSourceRefresh can be called on table windows but that will do a repopulate rather than a refresh.How do I use this in visual studio?

HI All, In IFS Cloud, for certain customers we have created Functional Objects. Now when we are delivering a Unit, we need to fill in the Superior SM Object ID Field.In order for us to keep visibility where a machine is located and to have easy access in the Equipment Object Navigator. Is it possible that for certain Sales Parts this  “ Superior SM Object ID Field”  field becomes Mandatory ? Looking forward to your input. Regards, Marcel

 When I try to clone CST to AST it is not showing the target version and no ability to enter it. Any ideas what the issue could be? It works for all other scenarios. 

Morning everyone. I’m working with 11.3.9 and we are going to archive events out of an existing database to standup a new initiative. I want to reset the starting reference numbers for all event types. I know that the event reference numbers for Problems is determined based on the problem_hk table and that the change_hk table determines the event reference numbers for service requests and changes. The incident_hk is used to determine the incident_id (not the incident rerfernce). I also know that Incident, Task and Decisions are sequential and I would assume use the same table to determine the next reference number.My question is this, what table is used to determine the event reference number of Incident/Task/Decision events.

Hi All,  We are looking to get some basic data setup (Even if it’s just dummy data) in build placeWhen the environment  expires we lose a lot of time setting the basic data up for testing. Does anyone have experience with setting it up so when we build a new environment it already has data. We believe this is possible but we are struggling to get the process set off. ThanksCameron

What would cause the send log to display a less quantity than what has been authorised for payment?

 Hello,How to include multiple views on replication job? We have already replication job that replicates item data from one site to another sites. There’s only INVENTORY.PART view included in this replication job and it’s working, but now there’s also need to include PART_REVISION data to this same replication but I cannot figure out how this can be achieved. Here’s the original replication job with only one view. This works ok.  Here’s how I have tried to create new replication job with two views. INVENTORY_PART and PART_REVISION. Firstrly I’m not sure how should I use the “Source Name” field. I guess I should use join clause here but not sure how should I format it. I have tried with these guides but with no success..

In other words, we are quite new to IFS.It is important for us to be able to easily create Manual Vouchers in GL from an Excel template. External Vouchers and CSV files are not enough. We need to see any errors directly in the Excel document.Has anyone managed to use Excel Migration Job for this?

Hi,I am using Data Migration Manager.An error message is generating in the Deployment Container:Template: CUST_ORD_CUSTOMER_ENTError: Field [RECEIVE_PACK_SIZE_CHG] is mandatory for Customer and requires a value.RECEIVE_PACK_SIZE_CHG is not in the Target Table Definition, but RECEIVE_PACK_SIZE_CHG_DB is.RECEIVE_PACK_SIZE_CHG_DB is not mandatory.Has anyone previously come across this and found a resolution?
