Hello IFS Community, im fairly new in the IFS world, i’m using the DMM tool, we are cloud 24R1 and im trying to migrate suppliers, when adding the Invoice setup into the IDENTITY_INVOICE_INFO table, im getting the following error for all my records“INVOICE_PARTY_TYPE_GROUP validation failed”i know the Group im using exist, but i still don't know what am i doing wrong…your help will be truly appreciated

Hello everyone, I have do difficulties wih invoice migration in IFS, I have question about the VAT lines. Question about the migration of customer or supplier invoices with VAT already declared Is it necessary to use an extra-accounting migration account? Use a specific account? Example for a customer invoice of 1000€ excluding VAT and 200€ VAT declared For the product part, it's clear to me that you need to use a migration account that must be balanced with an analytical p&l.The third-party account will balance the balance account.What should I do with the tax line? My current scheme is as follows: Debit 411 - €1200 Credit 9701 - €1000VAT?                         200€ on which account in general? For invoices with undeclared VAT, should I use the same tax codes as the customer currently uses?  Or Use an external voucher for VAT lines?

Hi all, i want try to set to active customer schedule agreemant via migration job, but still im getting the same error message.ORA-20115: CustSchedAgreement.The "Cust Sched Agreement" has already been removed by another user. Could somebody help me where could be the problem please? Hi experts, What is the process if I want to deploy multiple times from the same legacy source in Data Migration Manager? 1st data.ID, nameA aaB bbC cc Transfer and deploy these. 2nd dataID, nameA aaB bbbbD dd(A is unchanged, B has been renamed, C has been deleted and D has been added). Transfer to input container is OK.When transferring from the input container to the output container, I think that if the first data remains approved, B will not be changed and C will be subject to deployment again.If I want to deploy multiple times, do I have to manually delete the data in the output container?What is the correct process flow? Thank you,Eri

As I’m learning Data Migration Manager I have created a few projects. For a couple of them, while Mapping Legacy Tables to Migration Object there has not been any Target Tables available in the Smart Mapping assistant and I have had a hard time figuring out why. Am I missing any setup? What are the requirements for Target Tables to be available for Smart Mapping?

Hi,We have a requirement to create Functional Objects via Migration Job.  The job should also insert Belongs to Object and Contract.In Cloud, while creating Migration Job (tried with Excel and Migrate Source Data) on EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL, the columns SUP_MCH_CODE (Belongs to Object) and SUP_CONTRACT (Belongs to Site) not at all visible in Column mapping.We tried using modify Method to update these columns, but still it is not updating and Migration Job ending with an error as belowAPI Methods used: EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_PARTY_API.Modify__ Also used this method, EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL_API.MODIFY__ , but in both cases it ended with same errorError:ORA-06550: line 1, column 43:PLS-00225: subprogram or cursor 'MODIFY__' reference is out of scopeAny thoughts or idea really helpful on thisThanks,Nishith

I validated the Basic Data while transferring it from the Input Container to the Output Container, and also by the options available in the Output Container. I know that US is a Country Code transferred to the Basic Data Container, still the message is Validation Failed for Country DB. Shouldn’t it be validated Ok? Am I missing any steps?View in Output Container 

Hello community, I am trying to complete an Excel Migration Job, and once I go to validate/execute the job, I keep facing a very strange issue:When we enter our parameter (SITE1) into the contract field, the migration job doesn't recognize the input. That being said, when we enter SITE2 (another parameter of ours) into the contract field, we get an error that we don't have access to the site - that tells me that the migration job is able to read the field but cannot recognize either SITE1 or SITE9 as being valid. SITE1 is used for most of the objects, and this same result column error appears for creating new objects or validating existing ones, even if nothing is changed on them. This proves the tool recognizes the field The Migration Job (ignore the Note text). I also tried changing the flag attributes of Contract to MIU (for mandatory), but still no good. 

Hi, we have a requirement to update existing Customer Orders in IFS with a new External Transport Leadtime via a migration job. When we update this manually in Apps10, the Planned Ship Date is updated on each Customer Order Line, and a dialog box pops up to allow us to replicate the changes to any pegged orders.When I update the leadtime in the migration job, the Planned Ship Date is updated successfully on all Customer Order Lines, but the changes are not replicated to pegged orders. Hello, I want to migrate my posted supplier invoices from 7.5 to the cloud version.To avoid double accounting of expenses, the expense postings must be replaced by an extra-accounting account,Is there any way of doing this migration that takes this requirement into account? Is it possible to get more granular information about what is contributing to our Database growth rate?   On IFS Cloud (IFS Hosted) for past 15 months?  This PowerBI report was generated via the Service Insight Studio on Build Place.    We started with essentially no transaction history so this growth rate seems quite high...   

Hi All,I created a Database Link in DEV (Build Place) to link to CFG environment using an end user in CFG.I can see a valid Database Link in DEV.However I cannot see created DB link in the application (DEV environment).Location Solution Manager > Data Management > Data Migration Manager > Project Basic Data Setup/Connected environments tab/Database Link name.Any idea as to why I cannot see the DB link from the application  

Hi All, Does anyone have any documentation on the difference between the data schema in Apps10 upd 18 vs IFS cloud 2024 r1. Trying to understand why there is a need for migration between the 2 versions and could there have been something IFS could have done to avoid this?

This is about enumeration items when creating mapping data forData Migration Manager.What is mandatory is the DB value, but the default value that is automatically set is set to the client value.So everything has to be changed manually.Am I creating this incorrectly?Or do I have to change them manually? 

Hi ,We are using Data Migration Manager for data migration and we encounter one issue related to deployment container.During bulk deploy into the Environment records getting inserted in CFG but Deploy Status in Deployment Container not getting updated ever after refereshing the screen.Deploy Staus getting updated while deploying singel record but not updating staus for bulk deploy and multiple record’s deploy.Really appreciate for your help.

Hi, We have requirement to create Work Order and Work Task using Create Table from flat file and then MIGRATE Source Data.We are able to create the Work Order but unable to get the WO_NO (system generated) in order to create the Work Task. There is no getter function to get the WO_NO in ACTIVE_SEPARATE_APIAny help would really appreciated.Thanks,Nishith

In the output container there isISO_LANGUAGE validation failed, basic data target cannot be foundandISO_COUNTRY validation failed, basic data target cannot be found.Then the Basic Data Container need to filled with data from the target environment, right?There is no option in the Basic Data Target Table drop down to select. Why is it empty? What is missing? 

Hi All, How do you normally access IALs in IFS Cloud 24R1 Production environment from outside IFS for Data Warehouse or Data Lake requirements.I assume you use IFSINFO - ReadOnly user to access database directly but I would like to know your experience on this.
