Is it possible to update values on a custom field through migration job in IFS Cloud?I’m trying to set a value in a custom Cf$ screen using migrate from source data I see no exception but the value is not updated.I even tried hard coding all the keys and value still no luck. Ideas appreciated.

After the initial installation it appears that there are migration jobs (at least the interface headers) available. I'm not able to delete them as there is no detail available so they only confuse the customer.List is shown as follows:I gave myself update access to the job.When searching via the page Migration Job (so not Jobs), I don't see it. If I try to add it, IFS returns the error message that the interface already exists.Any idea how to get rid of these jobs?

Hi,I recently got a new 25R1 repository in IFS Scope Tool and I downloaded the 25R1-Data Tracker Template File.What I found is that values are missing in Basic Data sheet - column K (Global/Company/Site). This is very valuable information for us since we are going to implement IFS to a multi Country/Company solution.Also we are also missing the entire Master Data Tracker sheet.My question is if there will be a second release of 25R1 Data Tracker Template including the missing values and the Master Data sheet?Kind Regards,Christian 

How do I go about finding a report that lists the last time a part number was sold. Keep in mind there will be a lot of them. This would be for IFS 10 App

Hi, I am trying to migrate some data into my new custom field.  The custom field is based on a custom logical unit which is referenced.I keep getting the error key violated - I have worked out that the issue is that the custom field _DB column is looking for the obj key or obj id from the custom logical unit - how do I get that please ? Thanks

In Apps10 client, when entering decimal values, they are being recorded as comma-separated.For example, I enter 2.5, but it appears as 2,5 and is saved to the database that way. How can this be corrected?

HI All,I got the below situation recently for a customer environment in IFS Cloud 23R1. I  had only CUSTOMER_INFO and CUSTOMER_INFO_ADDRESS target tables were marked as ‘In Scope’. When clicked on Expand Scope by Target Table's References One Level, it was taking long time and hung up.Have anyone of you experienced this ?Do you know any particular reason for this and how to overcome this issue?  Thanks in advance!  

Evening IFS Experts!I wonder if any of you can help me with a migration challenge… In IFS Apps 10 Aurena, manually adding a line to an Instant Invoice causes the “Tax Code” field to be auto populated. Our Sales Objects have no tax code on them, and so the Tax Code is taken from “Customer (page) > Address (section) > Delivery Tax Informant (tab) > Taxes (group) > Tax Code (field)”. When we migrate an Instant Invoice line, we need to replicate this function (i.e. the migration job also needs to read the Tax Code from “Customer > Address > Delivery Tax Informant”) but I’m struggling to work out how to do that. The field help for “Migration (page) > Source mapping (tab) > Default Values (field)” explains that SQL can be used and gives the following examples…substr(SOURCE_COL,1,25)decode(SOURCE_COL _1,'Y','Yes','N','No','No')Part_Catalog_API.Get_Description(SOURCE_PART_NO)

Hello everyone,I have met one tough problem from time to time. I often need to upload Customers’ Purchase Order into IFS 10. Most formats of theses POs are PDF, and they contain less than 20 lines, in this case, I would upload them into IFS manually. But there are some POs in Excel format and contain more than 100 lines (we can see Sales Part Number, Quantity, Unit Price with Currency, Wanted Delivery Date, etc. In short, all the key information is provided) It may take me more than one hour to deal with it if I choose to set up it in IFS and this is what I did for a several times before. Time-consuming job!!! So, does anyone here know how to do migration job for upload one PO of Excel format containing more than 100 lines one time? Also, does anyone here know how to create a lot of sales parts (usually more than 50) one time? All the sales parts belong to the same product family. A lot thanks.Ple

Me and my colleagues are part of a project to ingest data from IFS to google cloud platform, where we collect and curate data from ifs and other systems in order to gain insights using PowerBI.We would like to access objversion each table in the client API, so that we can load data  hourly both incrementally and idempotently.But this field is not exposed in the API.One option presented to us was to add a custom field from the objversion, but this poses another problem, because custom fields are added in the CFT tabal, which mean they are not part of any index on the table. This means that each request to a table performs a full table scan, which we do not want for two reasons:   1. It is slow and sometimes times out   2. Hello, We’re getting errors when trying to migrate the Procurement Clause Connection Rules in 22R2, using FNDMIG. We’re getting errors not wanting a value for Connection ID, but when left null, we’re getting an ORA:00936 missing expression error. Data inputs without error manually. Has anyone  come across or found a fix/work-around for this?  Any help is very much appreciated!

Hi Community,I was trying to Migrate the Translation for Customs Statistics Number. in screen Basic Data Translation for English and PROG Data will alredy exist.I am trying to migrate the data for french Language via Excel Migration Getting error ORA-20110: BasicDataTranslation.PROGNOTEXIST: Corresponding basic data does not exist for attribute key  Any idea how to solve this error?Thank You

Hi All,I have granted access to the Execute Job for one of permission set in the application. Now the users who has assigned to the particular role can see the window. But uses try to populate the records, it says "No Record Found"I refreshed the security cache and checked. But the issue still remains.Any help for this? Regards,Malin

I have a simple migration job that loaded Customer Order lines from an Excel spreadsheet. The migration job which worked wonderfully in Apps9 will not work in Cloud.The migration job has been rebuilt but am getting the following error:ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [TAX_DOM_AMOUNT] is mandatory for Source Tax Item Order and requires a value.That field name is not in CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE either in the view or table. Any pointer would be welcome.

Hi,for external (QlickView) security reasons we need the following format in the DIM_Employee/DIM_Person in the datawarehouse.FirstCharacterSurName+LastName. Like MKAISER (michael.kaiser@company.de)While I’m in the IFS maskSolution Manager > Security > Users > Create UserI will see IDENTITY and Database ID: with the formatting above.The System Info stays empty and the debug console don’t show anything.So any hints, in which View/Table I can find an PERSON_ID and DATABASE_ID in one row? Thanks a lot!All the best. Michael 

When creating an order line i get this error, the line does have Ownership, when i check the ownership on line it is correctly picked as  “Customer Owned” and Owner is also picked correctly but the Owner Name is not picked. After re-selecting the Owner from the LOV i can save the order line. But why does it not pick the Owner name when order line is created. Please assist. (the Customer accs were newly migrated) 

Hello IFS Community, im fairly new in the IFS world, i’m using the DMM tool, we are cloud 24R1 and im trying to migrate suppliers, when adding the Invoice setup into the IDENTITY_INVOICE_INFO table, im getting the following error for all my records“INVOICE_PARTY_TYPE_GROUP validation failed”i know the Group im using exist, but i still don't know what am i doing wrong…your help will be truly appreciated
