Where will the release notes be available as it was noted the previous wiki for IFS Assyst will no longer be hosting them?

I need the latest version 1.0.12 of assystApplicationLauncher to support Client-Side-Jobs and do not see it in the download site “https://downloads.axiossystems.com/index.html”.

Hi all, we have a challenging problem, for creating a custom report we are trying to write a sql query that retrieves events with their custom values.We don't have a problem with custom string values or single select lookup.The problem is with multi select custom field values, that we want to retrieve as comma separated values (i.e val1, val2 etc)We were wondering if someone has some piece of code as an example that you can share with us thanks!

Good morning,I spoke with IFS this morning and they confirmed that their customers who use Kerberos to authenticate AD users to assyst are reporting that users can no longer access the application after some Windows Server 2019 updates were applied.Has anyone here who uses Kerberos to authenticate users to assyst (pass-through authentication) experienced problems after Win Server 2019 updates being applied to the server?We will be attempting to rollback the updates.  I have also checked the krb5.conf and it appears to be correct.  I removed older encryption types.As a workaround, I have set up an alternate assyst app server that is using Database authentication to allow users to continue to use the application.Anyone else having this problem?  We are on assyst 10 SP7.5 but IFS has told me that it affects all versions.

We’ve been experimenting with the API and we’re wondering if there is an example of a POST request for an Event. The documentation on https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-3Wiki/index.php/Integrations:assystREST#Requests shows what the format of the request would look like but not all the required fields. I have looked through the resource schema on to find what fields are mandatory on events, every single field under events has a minOccurs attribute so that leads me to believe that none of the fields are mandatory? It would help our understanding to see an example of a POST request for an event with all of the mandatory fields. Where could we find one for reference

Hi,We are currently experiencing issues with browser caching, where assystNet users don’t see the correct homepage, offerings, layouts, formats that they should be seeing - the only way to resolve is to clear the users browser cache.This has probably started following an upgrade to 11.5.2 a few weeks ago, but wanted to post this to see if anyone else has the same issue as we are experiencing and if so how you manage/resolve that so that ALL users have their browser cache cleared?

Hi,In MSEdge, the file is downloaded but not opened automatically. Is there a way to configure MSEdge to auto open the file [clientJobRunner.assystApplication]? I looked at various MSEdge (not business install) settings and could not figure it out. Hi - we are starting to look at Power Automate, and what it could do when it comes to assyst.Is there anyone with experience using Power Automate and is able to share how they have used it to compliment/integrate with assyst, what they are using it for?

Does anyone here utilize a webhook?I cannot find anything in the wiki relative to being able to do so.  Any help? We have a POC from a vendor and they are asking us to deliver a json payload via webhook from assyst for a simple demo and I’m struggling to find a way to make that happen.Thanks!

Hello,After upgrading from assyst 11.2.6 and then to 11.4.3 and 11.4.4, some assyst Users started complaining about frequent disconnections from assyst Portal, well bellow the session timeout period defined in your system: 25200 seconds, which corresponds to our default shift time of 7 hours Yesterday I experienced this while updating an item form, suddenly I was logged off with a message that my session had expired.  I’m finding it very difficult to track this issue. Any ideas on how to track this issue ? After analyzing my server.log file, I noticed the following issues several messages like the following: Unhandled exception: org.jboss.resteasy.spi.UnhandledException: RESTEASY003770: Response is committed, can't handle exception.Bellow that message, in general, just bellow it there’s a mesasge like this: “ java.lang.IllegalStateException: UT010006: Cannot call getWriter(), getOutputStream() already called”

Is there a list of known problems that we could look at before submitting a ticket to IFS support? It would be great to evaluate whether it’s a known issue before opening up a ticket.

Hi! While testing the anonymous affected user feature in assyst 11.2, I noticed some unwanted behaviors.  First off, from the assystNet side, when filling a user fills out a form and uses the anonymous user feature, the information entered in the anonymous fields is replaced by the logging user’s information when the form is submitted. This means that the anonymous user feature cannot really be used from assystNet, since the data captured is immediately replaced. The second behavior originates from assystWeb. We have been able to change the Affected User field so that it contains an anonymous user and save the ticket in that state. However, when performing a “Closed / Resolved” or “Pending Closure” action on the ticket, which can both result in the ticket being marked as closed, an error occurs which prevents us from executing the action. Hi, We have an ADExport.csv file which overnight imports users into Assyst via ETM. Sometimes, a user fails to import so we manually have to import that user via ETM. I’ve written a basic PowerShell script which prompts us to enter in the Email address of the user that has failed to import. Once the email address has been entered, the script then searches for that user in the ADExport.csv file. Once the user is found in the file, it copies the following file headers into a new .csv file: "sAMAccountName","userPrincipalName","SID","GivenName","Description","sn","physicalDeliveryOfficeName","Department","mail","telephoneNumber","userAccountControl","MobilePhone","Manager","ManagerName","ManagersAMAccountName","extensionAttribute11","DistinguishedName" The script then copies the users info found in the ADExport.csv file then pastes it into the new .csv file created above. we'd like that a knowledge procedure is shown in assystnet while an incident is being logged. In the wiki we read that it is possible but we didn't find how to configure it. Can you help to find the related wiki page or give us some instructions?

Hello  Are there a method to resolve and close all active SR,CR,Incidents. that are attached with a workflow without closing each task manually?, So I have found dozen of unresolved incidents, Service Requests, and incidents, which was resolved but the tasks were not updated (resolved/closed) I couldn’t do a bulk change on them given the fact that all of them have multiple unresolved tasks  Currently the only way to close the requests with one click is through state actions >> Withdraw  but unfortunately that doesn’t meet our requirements to complete the workflow as it withdraw the process and closes the record as withdrawn, is there anything similar that automate the process and resolve all the tasks it would even be better if it continue the workflow.   alternatively is it possible to create any type of automation on Assyst that does this? any ideas would be appreciated. Hello,I created an html formatted email but when the email notification comes in via Outlook, all the html code shows and none of the formatting.  Any idea how to get it to come through.  We are using assyst 11.5.We currently use .txt files and I’m trying to get it to look nicer, insert links etc.Thanks
