IFS 10 Technical documentation removed from docs.ifs.com

I have noticed that IFS10 documentation which was available in https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/ is news removed. As a consequence, the links pointed to IFS10 technical documentation in forum questions are no longer working and forum members won’t have a common documentation to refer.Hope forum moderators will act on this.

IFS Portal Login

I’m having problems logging into the portal. I haven’t used it in a while and it won’t allow me to reset my password. I get “Invalid Username or User has not been approved. Please type your IFS username correctly and try again.” when I submit my username. I even tried to “register” but it says my username and email address already exist.

Hi, I'm getting below error after installing IFS BRES.Does anyone know how to fix this.Failed to start Excel Application , Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)). , with above error im getting another one.Template rendering Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object., . That user experience is important, I think everyone will agree on. But to achieve great user experience we need knowledge about our users. And the best way to obtain this knowledge is through meeting our users, doing interviews and observe them using our product. Portal Account Locked How to Reset Password

Hi everyone,My password has expired to the new customer portal. The re-set password link from the IFS.com page links back to the old portal with the old user names. Has anyone been able to re-open an account since the change to the new portal? any tips are appreciated Thank you

Removing user access from Support Portal & FTP

What would be the best approach to remove a user from the support portal, when they’re not longer with the company? It seems to be a well defined process to register new users but no way to remove/inactivate one once registered. I opened a support “question” ticket and it takes more than 3d to follow up. Some of the people who need their access removed might do damage if not acted sooner. Is there any known path to follow?

IFS Cloud 22R2 SU7 - ifsapp-odata pod is in ERROR state

Hi All,ifsapp-odata pod was in ERROR state and the other new ifsapp-odata pod also was recreated on its own but the old pod not deleted/dropped automatically, we encountered multiple issue in application for example "Reports (PDFs) are not loading/ previewing for the user". when we deleted the error ifsapp-odata pod and restarted the new ifsapp-odata pod then the system came back to normal. Getting error in ifsapp-odata podStatus: FailedReason: EvictedMessage: Pod ephemeral local storage usage exceeds the total limit of containers 1G. Loss of Send Email Option for Customers

Hi. Changes this big should not be hidden inside periodical maintenance notifications. This change in email usage has a great possibility to do massive harm in the capabilities for communication between the vendor and customer. In our case we have a light (and sufficient) email-integration in use between our own and IFS’ ticket portals. Now it’s unclear if this will work from now on. It is vital to have it working. Will get back to this after talking about it in more detail with our IFS consultant.

If my customer is using IFS App10 and still happy with version and did not want to upgrade to Cloud. After 27 Mar 2025,do customers need to pay extended support, if they don’t need any support from Global Support. Kindly make it clear, so I can deliver the right information to customer. Rungtip M.

Problems login to IFS Academy

I should have an account there but cannot login, password resetting not sending any emails back to actually do the reset. There is no information what or who could be contacted in such cases. And yes junk mail been checked also.
